That percentage is expected to grow throughout the season as NITRO gets established in 20 more countries. These networks were apart of the original 8 networks back in the summer of 2009. These networks include ICE, SBC, and ROD. Federal Division - Netlet or minor league broadcasting networks that are only capable of currently reaching 51% of the world with working television sets. This division is home to most of the new networks and second networks of the National Division studios such as Pink (ICE) and TSN (SBC) and these networks are in their first year NITRO in the 2013-14 television season. These networks include PINK, TSN, and Uniworks. TEN might end up in this division but I have to realign the divisions by Monday and we'll know for sure by then. Ronn Moss (ROD Sony Alliance), LA Passions (Sony Pictures Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (10) 2. ROD (3) 3. SBC (1) 4. PDN (0) (10 in Federal) 5. TEN (0) (3 in Federal) 6. TSN (0) (1 in Federal) After the super exciting record breaking three nights we had to start off sweeps we had a pretty slow Sunday here with minimal highlights as we get ready for a huge 9-network race tomorrow night. As we close out week #7 here we had a change in leadership as ROD was in first place over and TSN captured first for the Federal Division as ICE didn't win first place in either division which doesn't happen too often here. ICE had more higher rated programs but ROD was much more consistent overall in their ratings as their 3-hour drama block after football was rock solid and next week they will sub out Australian Nights for Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Undercover which has done a great job behind Sheila Carter all season. LA Passions got the soap boost at 10pm but lost pretty huge to Overnight Nurses which held a Halloween special for their medical soap that got 60 million viewers growing out of The Carpenters Hour for the first time this season as The Hour closes out its auditions in Boston on Sunday evening. SBC and TSN went with sports on both networks for the most part as SBC had to air Sunday Night Football on TSN which took a bit of a hit this week having to air in the Federal Division but was still big enough to hold off PDN. For SBC the World Series has not been drawing well since the 2009 World Series with the Phils and Yanks but Diff'rent Strokes and Gimme a Break! was still able to get an extra sampling out of that 40 million viewers as the lead-in. TEN showcased night two of the premiere of Big Brother US which was shown all day in daytime and got an hour and a half lap in primetime at 7pm to 16 million viewers so nice hold from the night before staying over that Mendoza Line of 16 million viewers in the Federal Division. Their two movie premieres The Hangover Part II and The Town did a great job of not bleeding too badly. This will be the last night that TEN will be unopposed by RTN as RTN starts its run of service tomorrow in NITRO. As we stated before starting tomorrow we will have a 9 network race as new network Random TV better known as RTN joins the party as well as ROD's second network West Coast Network better known as WCN will start-up action in the Federal Division. Back over in the National Division, ICE will be premiering their new mystery soap event Who Wanted Nichole Dead behind the live comedy block at 10pm as we start week #8 in NITRO and Halloween week.
