Tahj Mowry's enemies Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Chelsea Kane, and Derek Theler may have to watch him in the spotlight tomorrow but tonight it was their night as their new comedy premiered. (Sam & Brian: Friends) (Universal Television) This is the 51st night of the 2013-14 Television season on Friday October 25, 2013.This is the 2nd night of 39 nights of November Sweeps action which ends on December 2, 2013.National Division - Major league broadcasting networks that are capable of currently reaching 73% of the world with working television sets. That percentage is expected to grow throughout the season as NITRO gets established in 20 more countries. These networks were apart of the original 8 networks back in the summer of 2009. These networks include ICE, SBC, and ROD. Federal Division - Netlet or minor league broadcasting networks that are only capable of currently reaching 51% of the world with working television sets. This division is home to most of the new networks and second networks of the National Division studios such as Pink (ICE) and TSN (SBC) and these networks are in their first year NITRO in the 2013-14 television season. These networks include PINK, TSN, and Uniworks. TEN might end up in this division but I have to realign the divisions by Monday and we'll know for sure by then. Rena Sofer (ROD Knockouts), Sheila Carter (Sony Pictures Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (9) 2. ROD (2) 3. SBC (1) 4. PDN (0) (9 in Federal) 5. TEN (0) (2 in Federal) 6. TSN (0) (1 in Federal) It took 8 long weeks but Ashley Greene will finally be able to tell Jessica Lowndes we made history tonight by kicking your ass and finally getting a record breaking performance out of one of our shows. Finally for the first time in NITRO history during the regular season a non-ICE program crosses the 70 million viewer mark into the most watched programs list. That program ends up being the new Friday night favorite "Sheila Carter" which grabbed a series-high 71.23 million viewers at 10pm on ROD making it the most watched program of the night. Most people thought that SBC would be the first network to cross that mark since Full House most of the season consistently rated between 60-70 million viewers but Sheila Carter changed the game plan on that the last few weeks growing more and more. Sheila Carter has easily become the most watched primetime soap on the air right now in NITRO Television. Most of the reason why Sheila Carter has been so successful is because Fridays at the start of this season has been ICE's weakest night of the week so it has become an open season night for ROD and SBC to pickup extra viewers over in the National Division. It's also been able to maintain a tradition has been around in NITRO since the very first few Fridays of coverage in NITRO as a traditional soap drama night. Sheila Carter will be airing special back-to-back episodes next Thursday to compete against her new serial killer rival Heather Daniels. Although SBC's Janit O'Day spin-off "Heather" which premieres next Thursday and airs its second episode on Friday is more of a crime drama and police procedural than a soap opera it is still considered a perfect Friday night type show. This battle should be very interesting as both shows are popular brand names in NITRO. Next week ICE tries to get in on this action as well with their mystery soap "Who Wanted Nichole Dead?" so we will have ourselves a great showdown next Friday. ROD surrounded their historic lineup with a bunch of hits starting at the top with Sara Sampaio which was uncontested for the first time this season with Bella Thorne to go against over on ICE and had the hour all to herself notching a series-high 53 million viewers in that 8pm hour helping The Stella Sisters also reach a series-high in its fourth episode of action but the better accomplishment for ROD came from Carrie Underwood's sitcom Somethin' Bad which got close to 60 million viewers at 9:30pm after dropping a little bit this past Wednesday so this is a great sign no doubt for the new comedy that there's a chance it can grow from here and get to the same level that ICE's upper-tier Paramount Pretty Comedies are at. Both comedies were able to get the job done and take advantage of a rare week where they were unopposed by the SBC TGIF lineup so they were able to pickup some of their viewers no doubt. Sara Sampaio will have to face Full House and Step By Step in their new timeslots next week. Although it was still the audition stage, Sheila Carter was able to beat down ICE's powerhouse reality competition The Carpenters Hour by a mere 16 million viewers. Don't expect that to happen again because starting next week The Hour becomes bigger competition as it gets into Detroit Week and gets to its full competition shows so the showdown could be interesting next week. The Hour has a head start on Sheila Carter by starting at 9pm but the show isn't live though which could be a factor as well. Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Undercover slipped behind Sheila Carter and kept 88% of the lead-in but ROD has already made plans to move it next week the rumor is that it may move to Sundays but ROD will confirm the move whenever their schedule is released. Country Made continues to be a force there at midnight getting a series-high of 64 million viewers. SBC had the World Series covering 8-11pm and this World Series is drawing some lower than expected ratings as it was beaten by all of ROD's programming in those slots and ICE programming as well. That didn't phase the TGIF comedies which aired in late night because of the pre-emption as Full House grew back up to 61 million viewers after slipping last week that helped the rest of the block with Step By Step and Topanga staying over 50 million viewers. SAM & BRIAN: FRIENDS DOES WELL FOR SBCSBC may have found its next big comedy in Sam & Brian: Friends which stayed over the 50 million viewing mark holding 92% of Topanga's lead-in. SBC has seen many of their comedies bleed almost half of the audience so they know they might have a keeper here with Chelsea Kane's new comedy. This is good news for the trio of Chelsea, Jean-Luc, and Derek who have been owned lately by Tahj Mowry's success over at ICE now they have a project that can compete with his shows New Girls in Town Pageant and Bastard Kids. Tahj Mowry will have a sex special tomorrow with Tampa's Malena Morgan. Sam & Brian: Friends is in a really good situation to succeed since it is very relatable to Topanga as an adult comedy that can be viewed by families so it looks like potentially SBC may have finally found their fourth comedy to go with the big 3 monsters in the lineup. SBC has had a vast improvement already this year in the comedy department also finding Miami's Friends which isn't a blockbuster hit but a solid player for the most part. Fridays are easily ICE's weakest night of the week to start the season campaign but goddamn most networks would kill to have ICE's numbers for their worst night of the week. ICE's Friday lineup would easily be some of the other network's 2nd or 3rd best lineup of the week or even the best lineup in the Federal Division. ICE will slowly but surely be improving throughout the season on Fridays which is the dangerous part for the other networks because ICE knows when to turn it on quickly that process has already started with Friday Night Family Game Night which was the lowest rated program on the entire network is moving to daytime to get away from the pressures of primetime. Family Game Night for whatever reason didn't get bigger audience but unlike other programs it never gotten below 30 million viewers so and is really cheap so it was worth ICE keeping it around and could be tried on PDN in the future as well since they've had success on that network with game show Battle of the Sexes. The Carpenters Hour is going to be airing next week as well and that will be a much bigger episode than the audition episode they ran last night. The Hour already clinched their highest rating to-date on a Friday with its 55 million viewers only Bella Thorne's variety hour was over 50 million viewers this season on Fridays for them. The Hour will be airing a few episodes later this season on Fridays. For the most part ICE has used Fridays to try and establish a soap block but they haven't found a huge hit yet but they're hoping next week Who Wanted Nichole Dead? could be the next Sheila Carter but it will be tough since SBC has Heather a program they gave to SBC and could've kept for themselves and Jaws all in late night. The most part the soap block has been solid as a rock but just not powerful enough to win timeslots. They're in a very good situation on Fridays as they're slowly improving. Over in the Federal Division, it was a really quiet night after two amazing performances by PDN representing the division by placing itself third place overall but it took a step back actually losing to TSN. TSN which threw out its brand Laugh Out Loud Fridays comedy block which actually did pretty well and helped TSN get a really tight victory over PDN to pickup its second win of the season as TSN has now achieved 12 points in the division race. The concern though is Monica which dropped heavily from Single at Fifty as viewers are starting to hear about the new Friends reboot and probably want to ditch Monica for that but the question is can SBC grab the pilot when the new pilot season starts next week? Also Selena Gomez's music variety show did very well drawing in 27 million viewers which made it the most watched show in the division. That's a great bounce back for Selena Gomez whose show struggled in the National Division in previous weeks. WFL Football helped PDN get to 5th place holding off TEN by a large margin. It was already announced before that ICE is ending their ties with the NFL after their last game on Sunday afternoon and will be installing the WFL to oppose the NFL the following weekend. Speaking of TEN they continue their struggles but it's mainly due to the fact that they are still in search of more original programming. Uniworks got some milage out of Tap Dancer but not much of anything else. Tomorrow Night the focus is back on ICE as they throw out a huge November Sweeps esque lineup as they are live from New England as they visit the Boston area for the first time since 2010 after they just left Old England across the Atlantic. ICE's Saturday lineup was on tape delay last week but they will be back live so we will see where their real numbers land. Tomorrow is a big day for Tahj Mowry who we just talked about earlier as he starts off his night by helping out his co-host Lizzy Caplan host the callbacks special known as Boston Suicides Pageant from New Girls in Town. This will be the first non-audition episode so it should be interesting to see how big the audience for this show will be tomorrow. Then Tahj will make history as he'll be the first male host for the NITRO sex show specials as he will strip with his partner Malena Morgan as they hope their sex show will out rate Megan Fox's show from a couple of weeks ago. Elsewhere Super Crews also gets close to the start of their competition as they wrap-up the duels in late night for ROD and on SBC in late night Austin Mahone makes his primetime debut after a successful showing in daytime earlier this week with the premiere of his new show. Over in the Federal Division, TEN launches Big Brother with host Justin Timberlake and TEN's Adult Hour with Britney Spears in late night and over on PDN they will premiere New Girls in Town After Dark following the pageant contestants in late night hours in Boston. The dominance displayed here by ICE is shown here in the most watched program chart (October 12, 2009-October 25, 2013):

FUTURE NOTABLE PREMIERE (OCTOBER 31, 2013): The scariest female in the world is serial murderer and rapist Heather Daniels and for the first time in 5-years a non-ICE network will be airing original episodes of a Janit O'Day franchise series as SBC premieres the horror drama in a special 3-day event starting on Thursday then on its regular nights of Friday and Saturday. She looks to take the title away from Sheila Carter as the weekend's most fearful villain.

Kudos to ROD for getting to 70 mil. first before SBC. Sheila Carter has been a monster lately.
Next week's Friday's battle in the national division is going to be awesome as I really like SBC's schedule but I heard ROD is moving stuff around and that might not be good. ICE will be a factor too with a bigger edition of The Carpenters Hour and Nichole. I can't wait to see how Heather does.

Jessica Lowndes: At this point you'd have to be in a damn coma to lose to TEN and Uniworks the two worst networks in NITRO history. Holy fucking shit they're bad!!!!
Erin Sanders: HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!
Danielle Campbell: HA HA HA HA!!!!

Erika Jordan: I dare SBC to put Topanga on against Uptown Murders again and see what happens.
