Veteran actress Debra Messing makes her debut on their new drama hit Jaws on Monday making a guest appearance. (Jaws) (SBC Universal) This is the 47th night of the 2013-14 Television season on Monday October 21, 2013.National Division - Major league broadcasting networks that are capable of currently reaching 73% of the world with working television sets. That percentage is expected to grow throughout the season as NITRO gets established in 20 more countries. These networks were apart of the original 8 networks back in the summer of 2009. These networks include ICE, SBC, and ROD. Federal Division - Netlet or minor league broadcasting networks that are only capable of currently reaching 51% of the world with working television sets. This division is home to most of the new networks and second networks of the National Division studios such as Pink (ICE) and TSN (SBC) and these networks are in their first year NITRO in the 2013-14 television season. These networks include PINK, TSN, and Uniworks. TEN might end up in this division but I have to realign the divisions by Monday and we'll know for sure by then. Debra Messing (SBC Bad Girls), Jaws (SBC Universal Television Distribution)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (6) 2. ROD (1) 3. SBC (1) 4. PDN (0) (7 in Federal) 5. TEN (0) (1 in Federal) 6. TSN (0) ICE led the way again as they were in Australia and saw a little dip like they did the last couple of nights due to their programs being taped instead of live but the ratings were still strong enough to dominate the competition and maintain an average of over 50 million viewers. ICE even got more than 50 million for a repeat of NITRO's first original TV movie blockbuster "Heather" (premiered Wednesday October 28, 2009) at 10pm and this might be good news for SBC as Heather the series debuts next Thursday on Halloween. ICE obviously repeated Heather to get viewers ready for the series and they will repeat the high-rated sequel on PDN this Saturday. Next week in that same timeslot is the huge premiere of the mystery soap Who Wanted Nichole Dead? Speaking of SBC they had another successful Monday thanks to their two hit dramas Baywatch and Jaws and what made this Monday special in particular was the fact that Debra Messing made her SBC debut on Jaws with Mackenzie Rosman and that episode got 46 million viewers keeping it on track with its average. Joel Osmond held a good amount of the viewers but did bleed again out of it losing to ROD's Pill Popper Jane. ROD had a quiet night as they went with a Wheel of Fortune special at 9pm. ROD will need to work on Monday nights soon and find a hit here. Over in the Federal Division, PDN led the way getting their 7th victory of the season as they had another strong outing from Bradleys vs. Van Horns which is one of the Federal Division's highest rated regular programs every week and what made this week interesting was that Bradleys vs. Van Horns beat Vampire Life handily at 8pm which gave Monday Night Football one of its highest ratings of the season compared to TSN. TSN was able to edge TEN for fifth place to pickup their 6th point of the season. TSN went with a two-hour block of Guys with Kids episodes followed by NBA Superstar which grew a little out of Guys with Kids getting over the Mendoza Line at 16 million viewers. This is bad news for TEN who had a really bad night here. TEN obviously struggled without a presence in daytime to promote their primetime shows as Vampire Life slipped harder than expected. The ratings were still healthy but a far cry from the huge numbers that it got for its premiere. This was another example of how important having a strong daytime lineup can be. Survival Island should be renamed to Survival Death Bed because that's where it's at right now. Whenever this show is scheduled it pulls down TEN's average hard. If TEN had something better there they would've beaten TSN for fifth place. TEN needs to be worried about Hayden Panettiere's star power as she has dropped a shit load of fans since moving away from ICE and is in danger of slipping out of that top 25 list which gets released on November 11th at Night of Champions. She might've dropped even more viewers since Saturday as a lot of people didn't like Vampire Life. Something to keep an eye on here. Tomorrow night starts the 2013 World Series to close out the baseball season over on TSN and American Juniors has the Hollywood rounds over on SBC. Wendy Robertson has another practice run this time coming from Australia and ICE will have New Girls in Town Pageant from Brisbane. Elizabeth Olsen's Life Goes On debuts on TEN tomorrow as well. ROD goes with another night of their retro lineup as new draft pick Vanna Brown makes her ROD debut on The L.A. at 10pm and for the first time it won't have to go against Pretty Thieves this week.

ROD is hoping that they will be able to take some shine away from ICE's pageant after a bad run the past 5 years of finding a compatible opponent for The Carpenters Hour just like SBC as well. New Girls in Town Pageant closes its audition process for this season. The Miss Roderick Pageant continues over on ROD still live from Jacksonville. Sam & Brian: Friends Jean-Luc Bilodeau, Chelsea Kane SBC-TV (Channel 4) Friday October 25, 2013 12:30a-1:00a FRIDAY: If it's Friday then it must be another good showdown between ROD and SBC and Fridays mean that ROD's evil cold duo of Sheila Carter and Quinn Fuller are back to kill off more victims in the Los Angeles area in this increasing popular primetime soap that has fueled ROD's Friday lineup into a top 5 lineup of the week taking the shine away from SBC's TGIF lineup as they scramble to improve their ratings for the night around their three-headed monster of Full House, Step By Step, and Topanga but on Friday that lineup is pre-empted by the World Series but Full House and Step By Step will get special late night airings at 11pm so this could be good as the comedies were down last week against ROD's new monsters The Stella Sisters and Somethin' Bad. Also at midnight against Country Made, SBC will give Topanga and the premiere of Sam & Brian: Friends special airings as well. Bella Thorne's hit variety series is currently on hiatus airing its final episode for a minute last week so that gives Sara Sampaio the opening she needs but ICE is going to be real strong for the first time this season as The Carpenters Hour airs its first Friday edition for the first time this season as they near the close of their audition process looking for talent in England and before that PM North America has a special edition documenting the auditioners who made it this season from tomorrow's pageant in Boston at 9pm. This will be the first sex special to feature co-genders involved in the show. Since Tahj Mowry came over to ICE he has been on fire with his popularity growing and he is likely to appear somewhere on the top 100 actors list that comes out on November 11th during Night of Champions he is currently ICE's fourth top male in the studio as of right now. Tahj Mowry has a busy night though as earlier in the night he has to host the callbacks in the pageant known as Boston Suicides due to its quick pace nature selection process. G. Hannelius comes back home as she officially becomes an official regular on Youth of Life. Later in the night Pretty Thieves prepares its move over to PDN with its final original airing on ICE. The network premiere of "Heather 2" airs on PDN for Scary ICE and the premiere of those same pageant contestants lives will be followed on the series premiere of New Girls in Town After Dark at 2am. Austin Mahone's new late night show will debut at 1:32am as he makes his official SBC debut. SUNDAY: It's been a long 8 weeks but The Carpenters Hour finally closes its audition process in Boston as boot camp starts on Tuesday and after that on ICE a Halloween event like no other takes place live as Overnight Nurses has its first annual Halloween special in the Haunted Hospital.
