NITRO's biggest and brightest young stars were on the big stage Thursday night helping The ICE Phederation set new records for their networks. (ICE Starlets) from left to right Tracy Kimmell (Youth of Life), Santana Shields (Ally, Youth of Life), Strawberry Shields (Ally) This is the 43rd night of the 2013-14 Television season on Thursday October 17, 2013.National Division - Major league broadcasting networks that are capable of currently reaching 73% of the world with working television sets. That percentage is expected to grow throughout the season as NITRO gets established in 20 more countries. These networks were apart of the original 8 networks back in the summer of 2009. These networks include ICE, SBC, and ROD. Federal Division - Netlet or minor league broadcasting networks that are only capable of currently reaching 51% of the world with working television sets. This division is home to most of the new networks and second networks of the National Division studios such as Pink (ICE) and TSN (SBC) and these networks are in their first year NITRO in the 2013-14 television season. These networks include PINK, TSN, and Uniworks. TEN might end up in this division but I have to realign the divisions by Monday and we'll know for sure by then. Genvieve Hannelius Is Happy on Her First Day Working at ICE (ICE Starlets), Youth of Life (Paramount Television)Thursday ended up being a huge day for The ICE Phederation whose two networks came in first place and second place for the first time this season as a Federal Division network holds second place overall for the first time this season with PDN coming in second place beating SBC and ROD both at the same time. ICE built a lot of momentum from earlier in the day when Jessica Lowndes revealed a surprising snake move on her daytime showcase program The Noon Show where former SBC actress Maddie Hasson revealed that she was becoming a ICE Starlet earlier today and that episode built up to 38 million viewers which made it the highest rated weekday daytime program of all-time and ICE wasn't done breaking records and setting new milestones as they notched another later in the night with Youth of Life breaking the record for the most watched program of all-time on NITRO a record that's been broke twice this season already when Battle of the Network Stars just broke it two weeks by passing up The Carpenters Hour Finale rating which was set way back in 2012. With NITRO's audience getting bigger and bigger you can expect this record to be broken again and again and maybe even surpass 100 million viewers at some point later this season. NO HAYDEN ON ALLY = NO PROBLEMICE had a huge night as they got series-highs for all of their scheduled shows with Teen Angels leading the way getting over 60 million viewers for the first time this season leading off at 8pm. The key for ICE's huge surge in the ratings on Thursdays all year keeping their must see TV moniker title has been their backbone anchors Teen Angels and Ally specifically Ally at 9pm which has consistently been over 60 million viewers all season and reached a series-high 73 million viewers on Thursday night helping its lead-out Bastard Kids also reach over 70 million viewers. Ally which is a self-titled comedy starring NITRO's top star Allison Shields and her blood sisters based loosely on her real-life experiences when she first broke into NITRO and helped get her sisters jobs. Hayden Panettiere who used to co-star on Ally had to leave the show because she was fired from ICE last Friday and has been replaced since then reportedly according to ICE sources by Vanessa Hudgens who came back to ICE earlier in the week so there was obviously some curiosity there and Strawberry Shields made a guest appearance on there as well and will make her official debut on the show next Thursday as a regular cast member. Ally has deifnitely be key for ICE on this night providing huge ratings for their comedy premieres on this night this season. Thursday was all about Youth of Life as the show captured a record-high 87.07 million viewers surpassing expectations as the show was expected to draw around 79 million viewers according to most predictors so that's 8 million more than it should've drawn. Youth of Life was loaded with star power and ICE added more star power by showing off a bunch of their new acquisitions on the show as either regulars or guest stars. Among those big debuts was the late Michael Jackson's daughter Paris Jackson who is going to be a regular on the show and made her acting debut as there was interests all week as she was adding in huge ratings for her interviews this week promoting the show and their new big free agent acquisition G. Hannelius who is the same position and Bella Thorne also stars on the show and she's been a ratings monster this season. ICE really brought out the stars on Thursday as Jessica Lowndes closed out the night with her hit comedy Actors as all three of the top 3 actors in NITRO were on the night with Allison Shields, Tracy Kimmell, and Jessica Lowndes. None of the other networks could really even compete and the other networks also took a huge hit in the ratings as SBC and ROD got some of their lowest ratings of the season as stated before they got beat by a Federal Division network which is never a good thing for National networks. PDN's Fugitive at 17 was the only non-ICE program that reached over 40 million viewers and that was Fugitive at 17's network premiere but ICE has a dilemma there because the show is drawing so well it could end up on ICE and ICE transfers their weakest drama in place over to PDN as the network was in this position two weeks ago when Bella Thorne's variety show scored close to 50 million and they immediately put it back on ICE before it goes on hiatus after this week so that Bella could concentrate more on Youth of Life. Molly in South Philly and Actors had impressive retention holds after that huge premiere keeping the hour over 80 million instead of sinking below 70 million. ICE has clearly figured out how to keep their audiences intact as they haven't had many problems since Pat Devine started formatting their comedies live permanently in 2010. They keep their shows relatable to their lead-ins so there's not a lot of channel changing. Usually the trend is that the higher the rating the bigger the drops are for the lead-outs but for ICE they haven't had that problem. For the first time this season no network behind the first place finisher had more than 30 million viewers so ICE definitely shutout the other networks except their own in PDN which came in second place as mentioned before. SBC led the rest of the non-ICE networks for third place holding off ROD to finish in the top 3. ROD finished below 3rd place for the first time this season as well. There was some drops for SBC but we will see if this is a short-term or long-term experience for them as Drama's Place and Seattle Mysteries have done well this season but were way below average this week due to competition. ICE should cool off quite a bit next week back to their regular numbers next week but nobody knows for sure with Youth of Life in the mix now and more star power added to the night. SBC has taken the right approach counter-programming ICE with dramas instead of sitcoms which have no chance of competing there. Ashley Greene took the night off going with another beauty pageant preview and premiering a low-budget 3-hour TV movie to fill up the schedule. ROD right now isn't focused on Thursdays as they are working on their other nights. In the Federal Division, PDN led the way thanks to Fugitive at 17 which was the only program to receive more than 40 million viewers. My Sister Katie and My Two Headstrong Daughters which moved to PDN did a great job of leading off there. Reliable WFL Football held onto most of the lead-ins to help PDN secure victories over SBC and ROD in the other division. TSN beat TEN for fifth place to gain a point like SBC did in the other division thanks to Thursday Night Football. TEN took the night off showing Freddy Kruger and a couple of news programs but Go Dance! was the one original program that did well for them. TEN is having a pretty good week here for a new network but nobody is unfortunately watching Uniworks although Terry Fator's show stands out for them. On Friday, ICE cools off after dominating the first four nights of the week as SBC and ROD usually battle for first place on Fridays but this week will be more interesting because SBC is hoping their new anchors can help them but ROD has added in the second episodes of The Stella Sisters and Somethin' Bad which both hit for their premieres on Wednesday to challenge Full House and Step By Step. That will be an interesting battle there. Sheila Carter looks to go over 60 million viewers tomorrow as well for ROD. Reba McEntire hopes to get some revenge against SBC tomorrow by having her new show The Stella Sisters having the hard task of taking down this successful Full House reboot on SBC. The dominance displayed here by ICE is shown here in the most watched program chart (October 12, 2009-October 17, 2013):

For the first time this season I've never seen one network just dominate the competition like that it's like the other networks had no chance at all to compete.
I'm interested to see what slot Youth of Life goes into next week

Jessica Lowndes (CEO): TOTAL DOMINATION! We took care of business tonight because we own fucking NITRO nobody can fuck with us. You'll never see ICE in fourth place like you saw with ROD. PDN beat your asses.
Shenae Grimes (Chairman): A big congratulations goes out to all of our Starlets who were in action tonight contributing to this big historic night for ICE. Thank you guys!
Kevin Smart (President): We are very happy with Youth of Life's start as we are airing it twice a week on Thursdays and Saturdays starting next week. Fugitive at 17 will remain on PDN as we are pleased with these numbers but know they can be bigger elsewhere.
G. Hannelius: TAKE THAT SBC YOU CAN KISS MY ASS! I came to ICE and never experience this kind of success before.
Strawberry Shields: Thank God I didn't join those whore sisters of mines over at SBC Gabby and Terri. I'm with a real winner of a sister in Allison Shields.

Neve Campbell: We are sad to announce that we will be canceling LateNights , we thank all staff and crew behind this show , we have been forced to cancel the show after it failed in the ratings , the show will still air until it's last 13th episode , encore's of other shows will now replace LateNights time slot after the 13th episode airs.
Ansel Elgort: I'm sad that we are no longer producing the show but thank all the viewers for tuning in and enjoying the show , our love goes out to you.
Parker Posey: This show was like a home to me , ansel and all the crew , but our home TEN promises great new projects that have now appeared and we all strongly agree with the decision of the cancelation of this show due to bad ratings , thank you TEN and all the viewers .

Ashley Greene (CEO): Jessica calm the fuck down you snake, you had a very good night I'll give you that but don't think you're on some streak of dominating every night.
Carrie Underwood (President): ICE we still own your asses on Fridays and we didn't even try last night because we knew all of the eyeballs would be on ICE last night that's why PDN came in second.
Josephine Skriver: G. Hannelius shut your little trader ass up get the fuck outta here you midget. You joined ICE just to make yourself look good you weren't the reason why Youth of Life got 87 million.
Vanna Brown: Yeah stop taking credit G. you stupid slut.
Sara Sampaio: hahaha they already cancelling shows at TEN, what a disaster over there
