Carrie Underwood and Miranda Lambert entertain the Atlanta crowd with a surprise performance during the premiere of their new ROD comedy. (Somethin' Bad) (Sony Pictures Television) This is the 42nd night of the 2013-14 Television season on Wednesday October 16, 2013.National Division - Major league broadcasting networks that are capable of currently reaching 73% of the world with working television sets. That percentage is expected to grow throughout the season as NITRO gets established in 20 more countries. These networks were apart of the original 8 networks back in the summer of 2009. These networks include ICE, SBC, and ROD. Federal Division - Netlet or minor league broadcasting networks that are only capable of currently reaching 51% of the world with working television sets. This division is home to most of the new networks and second networks of the National Division studios such as Pink (ICE) and TSN (SBC) and these networks are in their first year NITRO in the 2013-14 television season. These networks include PINK, TSN, and Uniworks. TEN might end up in this division but I have to realign the divisions by Monday and we'll know for sure by then. Lennon Stella (ROD Knockouts), The Stella Sisters (Sony Pictures Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (3) 2. ROD (0) 3. PDN (0) (2 in Federal) 4. TEN (0) (1 in Federal) 5. SBC (0) 6. TSN (0) 7. UNI (0) The network of the Northern Starlets (ICE) spoiled the party for the network of West Coast Buccaneers (ROD) as ICE took on ROD's persona of pirating their shine. Jessica Lowndes' is on a huge role this week winning the first three of the week. This was ROD's first big night of the season so far as they took their shows on the road for the first time this season in Atlanta and it was announced earlier that they failed to sellout Philips Arena but still drew in 21,554 (21,884 capacity) to the show falling 330 tickets short of the sellout. Even with that failure ROD got two things done on Wednesday they averaged over 50 million viewers for the night coming in second place behind ICE and the people who attended the show told media personnel after the event was over that they really enjoyed the show so there's a possibility the next time ROD comes to Atlanta they won't struggle to sell the place out. A lot of analysts seem to think that the event would've sold out had ROD been able to get Hayden Panettiere away from TEN because ROD had plans for Hayden to be cast in The Stella Sisters. Who knows? MOLLY EPHRAIM & KYLA RAY = RATINGS!The story of the night actually belonged to their rivals Molly in South Philly which drew 60 million viewers at 8:30pm on a special night for its airing as it usually airs on Saturdays after Tracy's 3 Girls. This comes as a complete surprise because this was the first time the sketch comedy series based on the lives of young South Philly women had a chance to prove itself outside of Tracy's 3 Girls and it retained almost all of its audience from Saturdays growing out of Bad Times by 11 million viewers. This changes the whole ballgame for ICE as they now know they gotta a true super hit on their hands and may attempt to reshuffle some of their comedy schedules in the future. This was totally unexpected but this gives us the idea that Molly Ephraim might end up being a top 25 when the first list of the season is announced at Night of Champions on November 11th which airs on new network TEN from New York City. Now for ROD they had a pretty good battle with ICE as Jessica Lowndes did a great job counter-programming their lineup and winning most of the timeslots except the first half-hour which was really close between new comedy Bad Times and ROD's debut of The Stella Sisters which featured the debut of former SBC veteran star Reba McEntire. Both shows drew in 49 million viewers with the difference being The Stella Sisters coming out on top with 49.60 million and Bad Times scoring 49.22 million but this was a special airing for Bad Times so this was a good showing by Bad Times which proved like Molly in South Philly that it is a self-starter. So good start for The Stella Sisters and ROD since The Stella Sisters is going to be scheduled as an anchor show. The show airs again on Friday with help form Sara Sampaio's hit variety hour. Carrie Underwood's big country comedy "Somethin' Bad" faced Molly in South Philly and unlike that battle this one wasn't as close as Molly in South Philly beat Somethin' Bad by 6 million viewers spoiling the premiere. The premiere rating itself was in line with the premiere of their drama hit The L.A. so we know the 54 million it got was more than okay but not a good look losing to Molly Ephraim like that. The rest of the lineup faced non-live ICE programming as Uncle Charlie & Jenny and Saved By the Bell: The Adult Years held onto most of the Somethin' Bad lead-in. The interesting thing for ROD here is that for the second night in a row The Adult Years grew out of its lead-in so it looks like Saved By the Bell is starting to get hot here. Another weird trend from last night stayed intact as another Janit O'Day show bled a little from its lead-in as Kelly's Thugs went down to 59 million but Jessica Lowndes' thriller Chicago's Most Dangerous Bitch had the highest rating of the night at 63 million. ROD's new beauty pageant competition had a sneak peek and it had a nice showing so we'll see how it does in its premiere episode next week. For SBC they ended up having a pretty bad night after a couple of good nights to start the week as everything behind Miami's Friends fell flat against a lot of heavy competition. It's funny for SBC because they had a real good start to their comedy lineup back on September 18th but both ICE and ROD got wind of that real quick and destroyed the potential of that comedy block. New drama The Whispers failed right out of the gate. This is definitely going to be a difficult night for SBC to fix in the short-term. The Facts of Life (Season 1, 1979-80) (Sony Pictures Television)Well PDN President Jessica Stroup told TEN's CEO Neve Campbell that their first place victory was going to be short-lived and it was as PDN brought out a very competitive lineup to start their night as the Phederation gets ready for the big premiere of The Facts of Life reboot Youth of Life tomorrow night by giving viewers a retrospective of the history of the original show leading off which did 30 million viewers but the Youth of Life preview did 44 million which is the biggest rating the network received since their last telecast of Bella Thorne's Groovy Variety Hour. The rest of the night for PDN sunk like the Titanic unfortunately but they still won the night in the Federal Division. TSN continues to excel with American Juniors as they close their auditions on Wednesday in Denver to 33 million. Zendaya and CSI: Los Angeles had solid performances holding pretty well behind American Juniors. TEN fell back down to earth although they got a great rating for the premiere of Family Troubles leading off but everyhting else did not do so well fo rthem as they are going to have to cancel Survival Island and LateNights before sweeps starts next Thursday. Again nobody is watching Uniworks which might end up being blacked out next week. YOUTH OF LIFE RETURNS NIGHT ON THURSDAYTomorrow will be all about Youth of Life and nothing else as this is the first NITRO comedy to hit more than 75 million viewers or potentially get close to 80 million. If Youth of Life sets an all-time record it will have to surpass 86.33 million that was set by BOTNS earlier in the month. Youth of Life is expected to setup the debuts of Paris Jackson and some of ICE's newest faces as top free agent face G. Hannelius is being reported to make her highly anticipated ICE debut on Youth of Life so lots of star power tomorrow night.

Jessica Lowndes (CEO): Like a boss we spoiled your fucking big night ASH-LEIGH!!!!!!
Jessica Stroup (PDN President): I tried to tell Neve Campbell's ass that we would put them back in their place which is sixth place and we came in third beating SBC's weak asses. SBC is the weakest network in the National Division they really should be in the Federal Division.
Molly Ephraim: SBC can't really fuck with me and neither can ROD I spoiled your night Carrie Underwood take that bitch.
Megan Fox: Who the hell would want to watch some old ass senior citizens on Miami's Friends over Bad Times.
Lori Peete: Hey Stella Sisters and Reba we'll get your asses next time and guess who has Hayden it's sure not you. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!!

I thought ROD would do better in the ratings and attendance but they still had a nice night. ICE definitely had a good strategy going in to ruin the night and capture first place that's why they remain the #1 network, Jessica Lowndes is a dirty network executive
