Miranda Cosgrove makes her TEN debut after leaving SBC for TEN on Monday morning. (Teens) (Warner Bros. Television) This is the 41st night of the 2013-14 Television season on Tuesday October 15, 2013.National Division - Major league broadcasting networks that are capable of currently reaching 73% of the world with working television sets. That percentage is expected to grow throughout the season as NITRO gets established in 20 more countries. These networks were apart of the original 8 networks back in the summer of 2009. These networks include ICE, SBC, and ROD. Federal Division - Netlet or minor league broadcasting networks that are only capable of currently reaching 51% of the world with working television sets. This division is home to most of the new networks and second networks of the National Division studios such as Pink (ICE) and TSN (SBC) and these networks are in their first year NITRO in the 2013-14 television season. These networks include PINK, TSN, and Uniworks. TEN might end up in this division but I have to realign the divisions by Monday and we'll know for sure by then. Renee Olstead (TEN NY), Paranoid (Warner Bros. Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (2) 2. ROD (0) 3. PDN (0) (1 in Federal) 4. TEN (0) (1 in Federal) 5. SBC (0) 6. TSN (0) 7. UNI (0) It was a really tight Tuesday where we saw some close ratings in some timeslots that determined our winners and losers. ICE continues to dominate the field as their beauty pageant competition continues to be the story of the season as it was the most watched program at 58 million viewers on Tuesday. No program hit over 60 million on Tuesday which is something that we expect to change once November Sweeps is underway. New Girls in Town auditions wrap-up next week in Australia. Janit O'Day for the first time this season slips behind its lead-in which tells you that the network has gotten stronger around its original franchise player and Pretty Thieves stays within striking distance. In the National Division that 10pm hour is really hotly contested as Pretty Thieves has a narrow lead on ROD's The L.A. and SBC's The Popular Girls which has benefited ever since moving away from those Diamond Girls on Saturday nights so that was a good move by SBC. The L.A. consistently rates close to 55 million viewers so its definitely kept Pretty Thieves from getting over 60 million viewers. This should be an interesting timeslot in the coming weeks. Earlier in the night ROD's retro teen block featuring popular teen reboot series from the 90s and early 2000s is really working and worked with their new hit comedy High School Dropouts which stars their franchise player Sara Sampaio and Justin Bieber. That show led off giving Saved By the Bell: The Adult Years some help to achieve 51 million viewers but a weird trend followed as Australian Nights slipped a little bit behind it and this possibly happened because SBC had a special airing of American Juniors which usually airs on TSN but since there was playoff baseball on there it aired on SBC. American Juniors was in New York for the auditions but unlike the Pageant its auditions were taped earlier in the season and not live. For SBC they are under a dilemma for this show because it surprisingly hit for them and they need it for TSN but it can do bigger and better numbers on a bigger network like SBC. Good news for them since The Sing War flopped. Tough Chick hung around the Mendoza Line (border 40 million viewers) as Tough Chick got ate up by High School Dropouts and The Adult Years and The Pageant. TEN WINS ON ITS SECOND NIGHT!Over in the Federal Division, we had a new victor in TEN who edged playoff baseball on PDN for a first place victory. With the playoffs struggling this year and the audience being split a little bit this caused an opening for TEN to take a victory lap as Paranoid's premiere scored 24 million viewers and could be a future hit for them. Miranda Cosgrove's studio debut on Teens kept the audience Paranoid audience from heavily changing the channels. Go Dance! did pretty good also as most of this lineup did healthy numbers as the Mendoza Line for this division is 16 million viewers with the goal being 20 million. LateNights unfortunately for them just aint working. Uniworks well nobody's watching. Tomorrow will be a huge night for ROD as they head out on the road for their comedy tapings for the first time this season but ICE is looking to spoil that party. TEN will face some stiffer competition from TSN and PDN tomorrow but we'll see how they do. In 2 days is the big premiere of Youth of Life.

ATLANTA, GA - Unlike ICE who has been able to successfully sellout every venue they've hit this season, ROD has struggled to reach full capacity on an earlier date but ROD says they are about 880 tickets off from selling out the Phillips Arena for their huge line of primetime tapings on Wednesday evening in Atlanta. Even with this struggle ROD has sold enough seats for the building to look full on television as CEO Ashley Greene says that they haven't had a problem filling the arena up its just trying to sell the remaining 1,600 tickets that's been tough. In all likely hood they'll sell the place out at the last minute or get close to it. The night features Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire, Miranda Lambert, and the debut of her two new produced countries comedies The Stella Sisters and the comedy she stars in Somethin' Bad. Charlie Sheen and the Saved By the Bell cast will all be in attendance.
ICE's Jessica Lowndes has been teasing her rival Ashley Greene the past week or so about not selling out the arena right away. Jessica says ICE comes to Atlanta later this year and there is high demand for her event to sellout when they visit the ATL in February which includes a sex show taping with the Panabaker sisters. The Carpenters Hour will tape down there in the much larger Georgia Dome on February 9th. ICE has not had trouble selling out as they've actually had to sell standing room only tickets or over capacity tickets in all of their venues.
Ash stated that she is using the night to introduce her new free agent acquisitions like Emily Ratajkowski and her new draft picks to a live audience.
Ash's strategy is dominate the south so she can pickup as many neutral and casual country fans as it is to her studio and network which is why ROD has booked 4 of their first 5 cities in the south with the November 13th taping up north in New York due to Night of Champions taking place a couple of days earlier. ROD heads to Jacksonville next Wednesday which is supposed to be homecoming week for Ashley Greene and Sara Sampaio. They aren't sold out yet in Jacksonville either with 2,200 tickets still left to sell. ROD probably would've sold those out had they gotten hometown darling Mia Lasanti drafted to them but she went to ICE along with Theresa Bush and Nicole Meyer who are also from that area.
Charles Barkley stated that he believes ROD is in good shape since they haven't been on the road as long as ICE has and that their new beauty pageant competition along with Carrie Underwood's country presence is going to be key for them hitting those markets and selling out those venues. Charles who makes a home in Phoenix and Atlanta says that whenever he comes to Atlanta there are some ICE sheep down here and they need to watch ROD's shows instead of those overrated bad ICE shows. Charles Barkley has a bad history with ICE and hates that studio with a passion.
ROD's deadline for a sellout announcement comes at 6:00pm two hours before showtime. Doors open at 7:10pm at the Phillips Arena in downtown Atlanta. ROD has opened up the Phillips Arena for free tickets to see Carrie Underwood's hit morning talker The Midday Show and that event has actually already sold out because its free so it should get some high ratings for ROD but it should also promote those last 880 tickets that they need to sell. ICE has a huge show as well for The Noon Show but they are at home in Toronto and they feature #2 actor Tracy Kimmell on there for the first time this season and Santana Shields performs so there will be a huge ratings battle there. The key today is for ICE to spoil ROD's big day.
Recent Attendance Figures for ICE:

Jessica Lowndes (CEO): LMFAO! HA HA HA HA HA!!!!
Jessica Lowndes (CEO): Ashley and Carrie you bitches need to admit it that nobody in Georgia is interested in watching your shit yee-haw shows. You guys are stereotyping the southern audience too acting like they're only interested in country stuff and pageants that's why we're whooping your ass down there locally and watch we ended up selling those Atlanta shows we have fast and the Georgia Dome too which is like 70,000 tickets. EAT CROW YOU COCKED EYED BITCH!
Kevin Smart (President): If Janit O'Day is bleeding viewers then that means our lineup is getting stronger that's something that never happened before so when the competition starts for New Girls in Town Pageant we expect it to be regularly over 60 million viewers.
Jessica Stroup (PDN President): Congratulations to TEN for winning but don't get comfortable we own that Federal Division and baseball is not our regular programming so we will figure out your lineup's weaknesses.
Mia Lasanti: I can't stand ROD's asses I hope you guys don't sell that event out.
Britney Powell: Maxie Justice is a failure, Tough Chick is a bubble show. LOL!
