Greek Goddess Marie Avgeropoulos leads the newest Janit O'Day spin-off on Monday to huge numbers on a day of heavy studio moving earlier in the morning. (Fugitive at 17) (Paramount Television) This is the 40th night of the 2013-14 Television season on Monday October 14, 2013.National Division - Major league broadcasting networks that are capable of currently reaching 73% of the world with working television sets. That percentage is expected to grow throughout the season as NITRO gets established in 20 more countries. These networks were apart of the original 8 networks back in the summer of 2009. These networks include ICE, SBC, and ROD. Federal Division - Netlet or minor league broadcasting networks that are only capable of currently reaching 51% of the world with working television sets. This division is home to most of the new networks and second networks of the National Division studios such as Pink (ICE) and TSN (SBC) and these networks are in their first year NITRO in the 2013-14 television season. These networks include PINK, TSN, and Uniworks. TEN might end up in this division but I have to realign the divisions by Monday and we'll know for sure by then. Marie Avgeropoulos (ICE Starlets), Fugitive at 17 (Paramount Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (1) 2. SBC (0) 3. ROD (0) 4. PDN (0) (1 in Federal) 5. TSN (0) 6. TEN (0) 7. UNI (0) As we get closer to the start of sweeps the networks look to tighten up their last moves before the first important part of the season begins next Thursday. NITRO Superintendent Bridget Moynahan took part this morning in finalizing the decisions that Commissioner Cook announced at KeyArena in Seattle about where the newest draft picks and free agents were going to today. One of the things that she mentioned in her opening statement before Commissioner Cook announced the results was that she was going to be resetting the record keeping for networks in primetime by setting up a new points system that they will be going by for the rest of the season and still keeping track of the first place wins in both divisions. These changes were made since there was a new network in TEN starting their services on Monday night. ICE picked up right where they started from by picking up 2 points tonight and getting a win which comes as no surprise to anyone since ICE has dominated every Monday this year since September 9th. Monday was a pretty historic day in NITRO as this was the 4-year anniversary of the start to NITRO's very first television season back on Monday October 12, 2009 so it was fitting that today would be the start of a new network in TEN over in the Federal Division and the start to the careers of our new rookies and free agents in their new cities. Again as we mentioned before ICE has dominated all of the first six Mondays of the season and Monday was no different except that they made a couple of upgrades to the anchors of their lineup as veteran comedy Sabs which started originally back in that first 2009-10 season and new comedy Bad Times replacing the combo of My Sister Katie and Jaime. Both comedies improved the timeslot by a few million viewers as both hovered around that 50 million viewer mark which should help their mega hits One Day at a Time and Angry Landlords the rest of the fall get to 60 million viewers. The story of the night easily belongs to Fugitive at 17 which is the third Janit O'Day spin-off drama to debut since Kelly's Thugs started the trend back in 2012, Pretty Thieves debuted about a month ago to start the season, and Heather will be the 4th spin-off and the first to not air on one of the ICE television networks when it debuts on Halloween night over on SBC. This spin-off is about a dangerous computer hacker who goes to the same reform school as Janit O'Day and commits a crime and goes on the run as a fugitive after escaping from prison for that same crime while her parole officer tries to catch her but is also close to her. Fugitive at 17 got a huge opening grabbing 67 million viewers which was just short of the 69 million that Chicago's Most Dangerous Bitch which stars the bitch in charge at ICE Jessica Lowndes a few weeks ago in the same slot. For ICE they have to feel real good about this rating because Fugitive at 17 is expected to be their sister network PDN's main show this season over in the Federal Division on Thursdays. This premiere rating should be able to translate into at least more than 40 million on PDN if it does well over there as we'll know starting this week. SBC came in second place as their moves of Jaws and Joel Osmond to Monday nights away from Tuesdays has really helped them achieve consecutive second place victories on the night. They've built a good lineup around Baywatch which they acquired earlier in the season away from the defunct failure of a network UNO. Every show in this lineup is averaging between 40-50 million viewers which keeps this block competitive and beating ROD. Jaws is getting the numbers it should be getting as it was getting buried a little bit by the ICE beauty pageant on Tuesdays. Joel Osmond's variety hour got a boost this week since it featured the new SBC draft picks and free agents celebrating their welcoming. ROD is starting to struggle a bit on Mondays finding the right lineup as you could look for Ashley Greene to fix this lineup in the coming weeks as November Sweeps starts up at the end of the month. Over in the Federal Division, we have a new network in TEN entering the field which gives the division 4 networks now but the numbers remained the same with PDN leading the way like its older sibling network ICE in the National Division. Bradleys vs. Van Horns got the highest ratings of the night in the division as the transition that this former ICE hit has made has been pretty smooth up to this point giving their TV movie a good lead-in beating Monday Night Football over on TSN. TEN is off to decent start as they ranked in 6th place and 3rd out of 4th in the division beating Uniworks which is a huge accomplishment because this should be TEN's goal all week to beat Uniworks every night not worry about the networks ahead of them just yet because those networks are already well established and on a different level. There is a possibility for TEN to beat TSN this week on a day or two so watch out for that if it happens. Survival Island didn't get off to a good start but did beat UNI's comedy pairing. The standout for TEN was Melody's Life which has potential to be an early hit for them. Once TEN gets more and more programs established they have potential to be more competitive they have a big night ahead of them on Tuesday. Everything on Uniworks really dropped this week except for Hellcats which is the only thing working for them. Not good at all for them that they came in last place either against a new network. Tomorrow as we mentioned before is a big night for TEN so we'll see if they can get bigger numbers. Baseball's postseason run has been struggling this year so its possible for TEN to grab second place in the division or 5th place overall. In the main division ROD looks to regain second place away from SBC but SBC has American Juniors which is going to get more exposure tomorrow so the numbers could be really huge for that competition.

Paige Turco (Head Programmer): We are not real happy with the way our Monday lineup has turned out. We've been average to below average on this night so expect changes in the near future.

Penn Badgley (Head Programmer): Unlike Paige and ROD we are real happy with our Monday lineup as both Sabs and Bad Times gave that opening hour a huge boost and Fugitive at 17 did a little bit better than we expected as Pretty Thieves premiered lower than that so good shit for the move to PDN.
Lily Collins: I love working with Penn!
Penn Badgley: You too honey.
