 Megan Fox makes the last rounds promoting her new show Bad Times premiering tonight on ICE live from the Hall in Toronto. (Amber Montana's Afternoon Showcase) (Paramount Television)National Division - Major league broadcasting networks that are capable of currently reaching 73% of the world with working television sets. That percentage is expected to grow throughout the season as NITRO gets established in 20 more countries. These networks were apart of the original 8 networks back in the summer of 2009. These networks include ICE, SBC, and ROD. Federal Division - Netlet or minor league broadcasting networks that are only capable of currently reaching 51% of the world with working television sets. This division is home to most of the new networks and second networks of the National Division studios such as Pink (ICE) and TSN (SBC) and these networks are in their first year NITRO in the 2013-14 television season. These networks include PINK, TSN, and Uniworks. TEN might end up in this division but I have to realign the divisions by Monday and we'll know for sure by then.  Bad Times (Paramount Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (31) 2. ROD (5) 3. SBC (1) 4. PINK (0) (23 in Federal) 5. TSN (0) (2 in Federal) 6. UNI (0) ICE's streak of successful comedy premieres this season continues and we now have another successful reboot to add to our list this season as Megan Fox's new sitcom Bad Times starts out at 72.16 million viewers on Thursday night which puts it in the top 10 of most watched programs this season at #9 just 700,000 viewers behind One Day at a Time's record from last month. One Day at a Time proved not to be a fluke as it has consistently been one of the top new comedies of the season. Bad Times premiere makes it the second most watched comedy program of the season. The next step for ICE now is to get Youth of Life launched past One Day at a Time next week. ICE has a really good system going of sandwiching their new comedies between Ally/Bastard Kids and Actors in that 10pm timeslot. This scheduling tactic gets their comedies sampled for the most part and it helps that the comedies fit their Paramount Pretty brand where the comedies are for the most featuring their young actresses in the lead roles. Bad Times is a relaunch of both Good Times and cancelled Queen of Motown which starred both Megan Fox and SBC's Terri Shields so you can call this a pretty successful relaunch as it stands now. Megan Fox has a chance to contribute her star power twice to this most watched programs list on Saturday when her 3rd sex show premieres. The rest of the night for ICE was really strong as well as Teen Angels continues to grow into a monster as it's on the brink of surpassing 60 million viewers soon. Ally and Bastard Kids continue to be compatible with each other but the word coming out of Toronto is that Bastard Kids could be on the move as this could be Youth of Life future timeslot there at 9:30pm which reunites the successful 2010 pairing of Ally and Youth of Life back together. We'll see what their update is on that and where Bastard Kids is moving. Actors capped off the night very strong growing more than 5 million viewers out of DJ Becky. Thursdays are the toughest night to program in NITRO due to ICE's dominance of the night and taking most of the available casual viewers away from the other networks but SBC has done the best at programming against them as they have reached second place on this night ever since they first moved Drama's Place and Seattle Mysteries over to the night. Unfortunately thought night two of NBA Superstar didn't do well so that series could be on the move to TSN. The two porn shows got their best numbers of the season so far as Jennifer Lawrence for now did a great job there. ROD is struggling very bad on this night and they've completely displaced their Thursday shows going into next week as Melissa Rycroft moves into daytime. Super Crews did decently staying over 35 million viewers and reaching close to 40 million viewers but ROD is moving it to Saturdays in late night next week as Super Crews has easily been one of the season's top 5 disappointments. Over in the Federal Division, PINK dominated again and ICE is planning on changing the name starting on Monday. WFL Football continues to do very well for them as PINK passed on airing Thursday Night Football this past week. Unfortunately the news wasn't great for the other networks but Uniworks finally found something besides Hellcats that resonated this week The Terry Fator Show has some serious potential to be one of their biggest shows. TSN took the night off by airing a night of Murder Hotel which reached their lowest ratings in a while. It's like they say if you can't make on TSN or daytime you can't make it anywhere in NITRO this show is over. The dominance displayed here by ICE is shown here in the most watched program chart (October 12, 2009-October 10, 2013): |

Kevin Smart (President): Starting on October 24th we will have Youth of Life moving to the 9:30pm timeslot after Ally as Youth of Life will air on Saturdays also for the rest of the fall through December 21st. Bastard Kids might be moving to Thursdays at 11pm in front of Actors as we won't have anymore comedy premieres after Kelly Kapowski premieres on November 7th for the rest of the fall.
Megan Fox: I'm a goddamn beast in the ratings and those SBC tricks and fuckers actually tried to act like I aint worth shit well in your face today.
Tahj Mowry: Hopefully Bastard Kids moves to a decent timeslot.

SBC has the actors from that show and Ross Lynch and Laura Marano (ICE) are huge rivals in this game. |
