Guys with Kids (SBC Universal Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (30) 2. ROD (5) 3. SBC (1) 4. PINK (0) (22 in Federal) 5. TSN (0) (2 in Federal) 6. UNI (0) On this 35th night of the season, Jessica Lowndes has helped ICE get their 30th victory of the season as they are in prime positioning to keep NITRO's most prestigious title of NITRO's Most Watched Network and only ICE is the only NITRO network that has been able to hold that title since 2010. ROD is way behind in second with only 5 first place finishes this season. ICE led the way thanks to their two reliable bad girls thrillers Kelly's Thugs and Chicago's Dangerous Most Bitch but earlier in the night they got off to a great start celebrating the 40th anniversary of the legendary sitcom "Good Times" which was a Norman Lear comedy that aired on CBS back in the 70s and ICE is relaunching the series tomorrow under the name Bad Times but it will be an entirely different series based on the same principle of struggling to make ends meets which is relatable to a lot of viewers so expect Bad Times to do very well in that Must See TV lineup tomorrow night. The retrospective gave viewers a history of the show, a cast reunion, and preview of the new series. Kelly's Thugs actually went down a little bit this week because ROD finally gave the show some decent competition as ROD is about to make some noise like they've done on Tuesdays this season as ROD is about to launch a new two-hour comedy block next week on Wednesdays and they may have finally found a home for their new hits High School Dropouts and Uncle Charlie & Jenny who haven't found their partners yet this season until next week as they both got 43 million viewers. Whitney Cummings and Carrie Underwood will be launching two more new comedies next week with one having Carrie Underwood in the show to expand the network's outreach to country viewers. Super Crews also just wrapped up auditions at 10pm in New York City. SBC has found a few hit comedies this season as you can officially add Miami's Friends to that list but Cory & Shawn is officially dead now after that huge drop which really ruined the whole night. Guys with Kids didn't get found for nothing and bombed. Familial Happenings came in DOA and NBA Superstar had no lead-in support but couldn't grow out of it enough to pass the test. SBC is in real big trouble after three weeks ago they had positive outings from their Wednesday comedies and now with ROD launching a new comedy block next week they are in trouble. ICE is also trying to ruin ROD's block and kill SBC by airing an hour of comedies to open the night. Not looking good for Jennifer Aniston on that end as she's going to have to develop some new comedies and hope one sticks. SBC will probably have no choice but stick with comedies on Wednesdays since ICE owns most of the other nights of the week but the good thing for SBC is that they are cruising on Fridays with Full House, Topanga, and Step By Step. JUNIOR RIVALRYROD purposely stuck a special presentation of The Carpenters Hour Juniors against the America Juniors which has been one of the season's biggest stories and surprises to kill it and mission accomplished but American Juniors is nowhere near dead but it did get under 20 million viewers for the first time in its four airings thus far but The Hour Juniors was also under 40 million viewers so both shows ended up hurting each other. Luckily this is not a permanent move for ROD. ROD's motivation to do this was because there's a bit of a rivalry between the contestants in the Dallas area where The Hour held their auditions last night and was trying to get back at American Juniors for picking off some good talent from that area last week. Uniworks announced recently that they are going to launch a Juniors competition as well and ICE President Kevin Smart told media reporters that they are developing a Juniors version of the Pageant that will launch very soon as well since they might not be able to get the rights back to The Carpenters Hour Juniors next season. Speaking of Uniworks they had another lousy night but Krusty the Klown was the lone bright spot and Stweie didn't do too bad but they really need a more powerful program to jumpstart the network a little faster. Uniworks is having the same trouble defunct network QBC had with great scripted content but nobody's watching because of a lack of star power and marketability for their shows.

LOL! You'll end up figuring it out it's only the beginning of your network's run. These other networks are just on a different level right now because they've been building up these audiences for years now. What you got to do now is reassess everything and really study the competition your going against and see how the bigger networks in the other division do successfully and see what kind of programs work to get your network to a more competitive level.
