Jessica Lowndes continues to cruise through the beginning part of this season as she has led ICE to a dominating 27-5 record leading not only the National Division but all of NITRO going into the fifth week of the season as ICE posted 6 days that averaged over 50 million viewers last week.
Ashley Greene is holding onto second place despite rebuilding their schedule this season as the major difference continues to be the way they have beaten SBC on several key nights during the week. Beating SBC on SBC's strongest night of the week which are Fridays was huge.
In the Federal Division, PINK continues to control the pace but TSN made it closer averaging 17.74 million viewers which was easily their best week of the opening month and they will have competition from the return of Uniworks starting this week.

BIGGEST PREMIERE: The return of Uniworks is the highlight of this week as they have a line of new shows premiering this week over in the Federal Division as NITRO's new 6th network but the biggest premiere of this week comes from ICE's reboot variation of the popular 70s sitcom "Good Times" which was based on a black family living in the projects of Chicago struggling day-to-day to survive as a poor family. In this version ICE kept it in line with the rest of their Paramount Pretty Comedies by featuring their ICE Starlets instead of an all-back family as a bunch of young female teens and adults who struggle to make it on a fixed income in a Detroit housing project. The show is a replacement for their 2010 breakout hit Queen of Motown which got cancelled last year to be revived as this series here. Megan Fox stars in the show along with a bunch of other huge names. The network already has had success with another Norman Lear reboot "One Day at a Time" this fall and looks to continue that success with Bad Times. The show premieres on Thursday night. MONDAY: ICE is live in Dallas on Monday taking their comedies on the road and for the first time this season the popular Tuesday night variety series Jem will air on ICE to close out the night before playoff baseball. Jaws and Joel Osmond move to Mondays with Baywatch to make room for The Popular Girls and to compete a little better for those shows. ROD also moves some shows around as their two teen half-hour dramas Edgemont and Drugs & Alcohol lead off along with Star Girl in front of Pill Popper Jane. Uniworks launches over in the Federal Division with a new slate programming. TUESDAY: SBC's version of the worldwide music sensation NITRO group Diamond Girls are The Popular Girls and they will be moving from their popular late night Saturday editions over to primetime on Tuesdays starting this week and to make room for that move they have moved Jaws and Joel Osmond over to Mondays. The Popular Girls hope that this program can get some of those Diamond Girls viewers to watch but it is in a tough hour of programming as both Pretty Thieves and The LA are both formidable huge scoring ratings opponents so The Popular Girls will have their hands full on Tuesday night. Tough Chick leads off to start the night for SBC. ROD makes some aggressive moves as they put together a throwback teen/young adult block of nostalgia 90s/00s programming with Saved By the Bell, Australia Nights, and The LA all airing. American Juniors is the surprise of the year so far and the show will try to prove that last week's numbers aren't a fluke. Uniworks goes with another comedy lineup. WEDNESDAY: ROD is going to try a very nasty maneuver in an attempt to stun the growth of American Juniors on TSN by placing a special edition of The Carpenters Hour Juniors which is nearing the end of its auditions for the season as those two will go head-to-head against each other. SBC is hoping the Juniors can provide a boost to the network debuts of their two struggling comedies Malibu Country and The Suite Life of Zack over on TSN. Speaking of SBC it's a huge night for comedy lineup as three of their comedies need strong ratings behind Miami's Friends. Cory & Shawn could be done after tonight if Topanga's guest appearence doesn't help and two new comedies Guys with Kids and Familial Happenings starts up. The series premiere of NBA Superstar debuts at 10pm against ICE's hit drama Chicago's Most Dangerous Bitch. ICE will be running a special Good Times retrospective program to help celebrate the show's 40th annviersary and debut of its reboot series Bad Times which premieres tomorrow night on the network. Uniworks goes with another lineup of comedies. THURSDAY: The biggest premiere of the week goes to ICE's new sitcom Bad Times as this will be their first comedy premiere in two weeks since DJ Becky debuted to high ratings. Network's expectations are high on the Good Times reboot and Queen of Motown relaunch starring Megan Fox. Bad Times will be sandwiched in between NITRO's top block of the week the Must See TV lineup with double episodes. Over on ROD, Super Crews ends their audition as they now enter the duel stage. The two-night premiere of NBA Superstar continues at 10pm over on SBC and later in the night the premiere of Jennifer Lawrence's new porn series launches. Terry Fator returns to NITRO for the first time in 4 years on Uniworks in the debut of his new show. FRIDAY: Bella Thorne's hit variety series the Groovy Variety Hour moves back to ICE after huge ratings on PINK the week before in that same slot. So far Bella hasn't had much competition from her rivals Zendaya and Sara Sampaio in that slot. Fridays have been a special night this season for both ROD and SBC since ICE isn't powerful on this night but SBC will have a real important week for Randy Taylor as this show has one last shot to get its ratings up over 40 million or its done. Step By Step will have to prove that its pilot ratings were not a flop. Guys with Kids will fit its way into this lineup at 10:30pm. Over in the Federal Division, Michaels & Leary makes its TSN debut at 9pm while Uniworks will relaunch their successful talent competition Tap Dancer leading off the night and one of their most anticipated dramas The Vampire Chronicles to end the night. SATURDAY: Megan Fox week continues as she brings back NITRO's original and first sex special The Exotic Experience as it originally aired on Saturday November 7, 2009 from Detroit's Ford Field. That was only the 4th Saturday of the first NITRO season that year. The second one aired on Saturday October 16, 2010 overseas in London and hasn't aired since until this fall as it airs Saturday from Oakland, California so all of her specials have aired late on Saturday nights. This is the second sex special air this year on ICE as the first one aired last week featuring Lyndsy Fonseca in Kansas City to record ratings of 76 million viewers. ICE is going with some changes in their lineup as Babs & Kay now airs in Sabs old midnight timeslot and Sabs airs at 2am right after Megan Fox's Exotic Sexual Experience is done, earlier in the night replacing Babs & Kya is Jaime. ICE is going to make more changes to their Saturday lineup to make room for New Girls in Town which is about to expand on Saturdays when the live competition starts up in early November. The Late Night SBC Hearttrobs Super HOT Show replaces The Popular Girls as it airs after Natty Ramos' first SBC show and sex show to air on the network. The Ashley Tisdale Music Show debuts at 8pm over on TSN. SUNDAY: ROD is in the spotlight on this night as they debut a brand new full Sunday lineup to take advantage of their football lead-in as Eight Is Enough which did really well on Fridays to start the year is going to move over to Sundays, ROD had been testing this slot for a couple of weeks this season and made the final decision to move it. Australian Nights will air twice a week until Ashley Greene finds more new programming and a special airing of ROD's new hit daytime soap Ain't No Mountain High Enough battles ICE's Overnight Nurses for that soap audience. The Carpenters Hour will be in the Pacific Northwest specifically Vancouver on Sunday night on ICE. NEXT WEEK (OCTOBER 14-20, 2013): Youth of Life makes a huge return on Thursday night as a star-studded cast of ICE Starlets fill out that show's cast and most notably this will be Michael Jackson's daughter Paris first regular project on the network since she first joined with ICE in the summer of 2012 so a lot of anticipation here. This is the last full non-sweeps week of the fall part of the season as sweeps will start the following week on Thursday October 24, 2013.
