Bella Thorne's Groovy 3-Year Anniversary Special (Paramount Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (21) 2. ROD (4) 3. SBC (1) 4. PINK (0) 5. TSN (0) All eyes were on NITRO's latest criminal Bella Thorne who hosted her 3-year anniversary special of her Groovy Variety Hour live from Chicago to a record audience. It was Bella's first TV appearance since the crime she committed on Thursday morning and that obviously drove the ratings up behind a high-rated edition of The Carpenters Hour. Overnight Nurses bled a bit but got a record audience as well behind the swelled in audience watching Bella. ICE already had a pretty good day as they received their biggest NFL ratings of the season so far through the first 4 weeks. ICE had the Dallas Cowboys in their overrun this week and they will have America's Team again next Sunday as well since ICE will be in Big D next Sunday for The Carpenters Hour audition tapings. ICE was able to pickup extra casual viewers that didn't watch Bella on a normal basis for this episode because of the crime she committed. Commissioner Cook will make an official ruling on her sentence tomorrow morning. Bella was able to knock in a series-high 71.73 million viewers between 9:32p-10:24p which made it the most watched program on a Sunday night since June 24th's Carpenters Hour finale back in 2012. ICE has also achieved record breaking nights in their last 3 of 4 nights. ICE is really starting to heat up as a network right now. Another hot night of Chicago tapings led to another sellout of over 20,000 people in attendance at the Allstate Arena. SBC had another big night from football which was able to help beat ROD which had another good outing from Team ROD but took the rest of the night off by airing a movie. The dominance displayed here by ICE is shown here in the most watched program chart (October 12, 2009-September 29, 2013):

BIGGEST PREMIERE: The biggest premiere of the week belongs to ROD's Australian Nights which is ROD's answer to Baywatch about a group of Aussie lifeguards who the patrol the beach during the hours of 3-11pm and their lives in the city of Sydney. ROD is looking to use Australia Nights to expand their presence in the Oceania countries that they want to takeaway from ICE since ROD is supposed to be the Pacific Ocean network in NITRO. The network also has The L.A. to use as a partner for the show. The show premieres on Sunday night. MONDAY: ICE is live in Indianapolis on Monday and they are celebrating their homecomings for My Sister Katie and One Day at a Time which are both set in the Circle City. Britney Powell returns to boxing action for her second fight of the season. SBC continues Baywatch and Seattle Mysteries but adds a live practice for their BOTNS team as they will go over what's been miserable day for the studio with Cher Lloyd getting assaulted and raped in prison and the daytime division losing complete control in the ratings. Pink will roll out ICE's new season of in-house TV movies at 9pm. TUESDAY: This has been a real key day in deciding 2nd place in the National Division between ROD and SBC and this will be week 2 of ROD's double offerings of The Adult Years and The LA against Joel Osmond and Alexa Chung. Alexa Chung will feature a live SBC practice to bring up last week's ratings drop. Jaws will continue to try and dominate a number of key areas in the south against the Pageant over on ICE. SBC brings back American Juniors on TSN and there's some interest building here since The Carpenters Hour Juniors has been successful on ROD. American Juniors could be a big surprise as auditioners have taken to social media sites and have called out the contestants auditioning for The Hour Juniors so this will be interesting to see how this does and if it beats The Sing Off. WEDNESDAY: The networks are going with live BOTNS coverage since this is the eve of the first big BOTNS event of the season on Thursday. A lot of teams will be running scrimmages (simulated games) and holding pep rallies. Since ICE is so successful with Kelly's Thugs and Chicago's Most Dangerous Bitch they couldn't run a pep rally behind their practice coverage but this season's new top drama Dangerous Bitch will run its third episode. American Juniors continues in the Federal Division and Leo Howard's karate series debuts. THURSDAY: Battle of the Network Stars kicks off its fourth season from Kansas City with Team ICE as the defending world champions from the 2012 season. BOTNS gives the studios a chance outside of ratings to have some sort of bragging rights and really showcase the athletic side of their roster and superstars. Primetime options get underway in late night starting at 11pm but before that Commissioner will announce the season's first big trade as G. Hannelius is expected to be the centerpiece of this forced trade. The return of the ICE Sex Show specials which will feature a full season of their ICE Starlets during the season will lead-off with the sexy Portuguese princess Lyndsy Fonseca who was one of the series more popular favorites since Lyndsy did a sex show during the first two seasons. So this will be apart of ICE's late night must see TV event. The counter compete against that show ROD is using their new studio and team captain Nina Agdal in a live sex special and SBC is going to run week 2 of Tammi Brooks' sex show as well at 2am so if you're a man or lesbian get ready to get hard. FRIDAY: With all of the jail drama in Windsor to start the week Zendaya and Bella will continue as this season's top rivalry as Bella gets back in the variety war with Zendaya and Sara Sampaio but this time both Zendaya and Bella's variety shows will compete against each other in the Federal Division. Another 90s favorite returns in Step By Step which finally premieres this Friday on SBC as Full House has been the most successful non-ICE comedy this season so far and Topanga has done pretty well to start out the gate so can Step By Step be SBC's third big comedy of the season? Fridays have belonged to ROD this season so can their country block continue the trend? SATURDAY: ICE's Saturday slate of live programming return home to Toronto this week and look to keep building upon what's been a great start to their new breed of comedies and they add in DJ Becky to the core of that young female skewing comedy lineup. Going against that this week with a pair of new comedies are Joel Osmond's Coffee House and Kaitlyn Dever's third new comedy of the season A Fresh Start which kickoff this week on TSN. For Kaitlyn Dever she can't afford to have three failed sitcoms against her rival Molly Ephraim who has one hit comedy that is a runaway blockbuster hit already airing its fourth episode later in the night. Joel Osmond has a successful variety show but since he was the #1 overall draft pick he can't afford another failure either so this is a huge night for SBC. ROD is just laying back until they make more changes. SBC brings back Monica, Single at Fifty, and Four's Company to the main network in front of the season premiere of their drama Growing Pains. Whoever wins BOTNS on Thursday will celebrate their teams during their late night variety show on this night. SUNDAY: Back to ROD Australian Nights rolls out a huge 3-hour premiere while The Carpenters Hour auditions goes to Big D and One Day at a Time airs a special live episode coming out of The Hour. NEXT WEEK (OCTOBER 7-13, 2013): It's a huge week for ICE Starlet Megan Fox who premieres Bad Times on Thursday and rolls out her 3rd sex show special over the weekend.
