Ciara Bravo walks the streets of Chicago preparing for One Day at a Time's special late night taping (Paramount Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (20) 2. ROD (4) 3. SBC (1) 4. PINK (0) 5. TSN (0) ICE continues their stay in Chicago also known as ICE country and it's been a successful one as they've sold out the Chicago Theater on Thursday and went over capacity out in the suburbs at Rosemont's Allstate Arena getting a record attendance for that building 20,003 with standing room only as the big stars were out. Saturdays is a huge night for live programming and it's just too bad for SBC and ROD during this opening month of the season that they had to compete with ICE's live programming options. They really have something here with the New Girls in Town Pageant as that show continues to get bigger and bigger every week and its the most original program of the new season so far as nobody has ever done a full season competition on the beauty pageants. The show might be bigger once the auditions end later in October. A couple of new ratings records were set as Diamond Girls scored 73.9 million viewers in late night which was the fourth most watched program of all-time and second highest rated episode of the series. One Day at a Time continues to hit some high numbers as its two special late night airings was able to keep most of the Diamond Girls audiences. ICE won their 20th night of the season as well. One Day at a Time star Ciara Bravo had to do double duty as she was also on Young Girls with Amber Montana and Ryan Newman earlier in the night. ICE has actually built a young female driven lineup on Saturdays so its possible they built this block in anticipation for Youth of Life's return but ICE never made it clear on what night that show is airing. Babs & Kya has been huge these past couple of weeks for this lineup which is stronger than it was originally intended to be as every show that aired before Angry Landlords hung around 45 million viewers which is a high number for NITRO comedies at the moment between all of the networks. Young Girls fit in pretty well too holding almost all of the Babs & Kya audience and Jaime was able to keep the 46 million viewers it had the previous week. A special airing of Angry Landlords went over 50 million viewers giving New Girls in Town Pageant live auditions in Chicago it's biggest number yet of 56 million viewers. This is the program to watch out for in NITRO b/c it could be as big as The Carpenters Hour maybe even bigger. Tracy's 3 Girls and Molly in South Philly continued to stay over 60 million viewers. ROD has a lot of building to do as a studio and a network and Saturdays are a project night for them but for now they are trying to build a block around The Carpenters Hour Juniors. Now that The Juniors Hour has lost to ICE which was not expected before the season began ROD may opt to move the show to their strongest block of the week from top to bottom on Fridays later this season when the performance shows start. There's been rumors also that ROD may move Super Crews to later in the night since the comedies are maintaining average numbers right now. SBC is having all sorts of trouble on this night, since Babs & Kya came in SBC is no longer competition to ICE in those first few hours like they were when the season first started. The bright spot for them though was Simply Sam. There's actually been rumors though that they may lose Ariana Grande this week so Simply Sam will need to find a replacement there if she does get traded. Simply Sam looked almost dead coming into these two airings but was able to bounce back and perform the strongest ratings in that lineup. My Dramatic Teen Life rated its way right into cancellation territory and is the show that can be blamed for SBC possibly losing G. Hannelius as well. Randy Taylor did grow out of it but the show is a weak performer right now. Problem Child was DOA right out of the gate as this was a prime example of why live comedies work on Saturdays. Hilary Duff's adult program was able to get the network back over into a position position. Over in the Federal Division, TSN actually had a pretty good night with their veterans ex-SBC comedies Monica, Single at Fifty, and Four's Company. These comedies performed a bit stronger than their SBC comedies on the night in comparison since Federal Division networks aren't in as many homes as National Division networks. SBC might want to reexamine their whole comedy situation now and look at moving some of these comedies back to the main network. Pink programming was once again strong behind Battle of the Sexes and continued WFL Football action. In late night, Diamond Girls dominated again but went back up a record audience ranking in as the #3 program of all-time and One Day at a Time which aired a couple of special episodes after it kept most of the audience and got its highest ratings since its historical premiere on Thursday September 12th. Uptown Murders got plenty of exposure as well so we'll see how this series performs this Friday. SBC's Popular Girls series has been doing pretty well against Diamond Girls but the series needs to air a special airing in a different slot so SBC can see how strong it is b/c having to go against Diamond Girls every week will give it a ceiling since Diamond Girls is way too strong of an opponent. ROD had a pretty good late night as well with the premiere of Joannie Stevens and Gillian Shields new variety series that is replacing the Aisha & Jenny variety series and ROD's Porn Hour drew pretty well we will need to see how it does next week to give a better judgement on the two programs. The dominance displayed here by ICE is shown here in the most watched program chart (October 12, 2009-September 28, 2013):

Eve Torres: People really gotta stop watching ICE's overrated ass sluts on Saturdays. That one rape victim on New Girls in Town really needs to quit with the sympathy bullshit. What ICE whore isn't a rape victim?
Alexandria Brower: AH HA Dramatic Teen Life and Problem Child failed big time.
Alexis Knapp: Randy Taylor is a failure too and it looks like SBC just lost G. Hannelius too.

Annabella "Bella" Thorne (ICE Starlets) (Thursday September 26, 2013 @ Chicago O'Hare International Airport)OTTAWA, ON - All eyes were on NITRO's latest criminal Bella Thorne who hosted her 3-year anniversary special of her Groovy Variety Hour live from Chicago to a record audience. It was Bella's first TV appearance since the crime she committed on Thursday morning and that obviously drove the ratings up behind a high-rated edition of The Carpenters Hour. Overnight Nurses bled a bit but got a record audience as well behind the swelled in audience watching Bella. ICE already had a pretty good day as they received their biggest NFL ratings of the season so far through the first 4 weeks. ICE had the Dallas Cowboys in their overrun this week and they will have America's Team again next Sunday as well since ICE will be in Big D next Sunday for The Carpenters Hour audition tapings. ICE was able to pickup extra casual viewers that didn't watch Bella on a normal basis for this episode because of the crime she committed. Commissioner Cook will make an official ruling on her sentence tomorrow morning. Bella was able to knock in a series-high 71.73 million viewers between 9:32p-10:24p which made it the most watched program on a Sunday night since June 24th's Carpenters Hour finale back in 2012. ICE has also achieved record breaking nights in their last 3 of 4 nights. ICE is really starting to heat up as a network right now. The rest of Sunday's ratings will be revealed later. In other news Team ROD has now posted their rosters for BOTNS this Thursday. We are still waiting on Team KC and Team ICE's rosters to come in. The dominance displayed here by ICE is shown here in the most watched program chart (October 12, 2009-September 29, 2013):
