Lily Collins stars in Angry Landlords (Paramount Television)FIRST PLACE FINISHES 2013-14 SEASON1. ICE (13) 2. ROD (2) 3. SBC (1) 4. QBC (0) 5. TSN (0) 6. Pink (0) ICE has become huge powerhouse on Thursdays as NITRO has never seen this kind of dominance on one night from one network in the 4-year history of NITRO Television. Thanks to the huge lead-off start from Teen Angels the Thursday block has worked during these first three Thursdays of the season providing a huge platform for their new comedies to get heavily sampled and that was the case again this Thursday as the huge anticipated debut of Toronto's Friends two most popular actors Lily Collins and Penn Badgley finally premiered their new comedy "Angry Landlords" which had been in development since late in the 2012 reboot season so fans finally got to see how the show would turn out. It was also Matt LeBlanc's most watched program in his NITRO career after he failed all of these years with Joey. Angry Landlords was only a couple of million viewers behind the historic debut of One Day at a Time from the week before still getting to 70+ million viewers placing it at the time as the fifth most viewed program in NITRO history. Angry Landlords will join One Day at a Time on ICE's new Monday comedy lineup that will be taping live from Miami this upcoming week. During the 2012 reboot season Lily Collins and Penn Badgley were the two biggest draws outside of Allison Shields during those TV tapings that year so we expect more of the same down in Miami on Monday. Next week ICE will continue to premiere their new comedies behind Ally and Bastard Kids when DJ Becky debuts which features another Toronto's Friends legacy character. The ICE Thursday block was on a role as Actors which another huge audience and Jaime got some extra sampling as it has been used as a heavy utility for ICE to start out the season. Competition was sparse on the competing networks as SBC came in second with an average of 28.73 million viewers. No network finished with an average of 30+ million viewers. SBC's lineup stayed around its average so it wasn't a bad night but Facebook got cooked against Bastard Kids getting Joey type of bleedage. SBC was smart to make a quick move here for the next airing. Drama's Place has been struggling this season to reach over 40 million viewers like the other top soaps in NITRO as the competition on ICE is too much right now in that hour but the positive for Drama's Place is that it continues to grow out of its lead-in and just like Alexa Chung on Tuesdays against Janit O'Day not many shows can hold their own like that. ROD is going to be looking to expand some comedies behind Uncle Charlie & Jenny and High School Dropouts which have started out really well this season. Wild Taxi is burning off its final 8 episodes these two weeks. ROD will be moving their extra telecast of Super Crews here next week to stop the bleeding along with Melissa Rycroft who was just picked up by ROD quietly from TCC. Melissa Rycroft has been cast also to Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Undercover, she was originally a real member of DCC a few years ago. ROD on Thursday had its worst night of the season just barely beating Pink which almost beat it. Speaking of Pink in that Federal Division the network has had a strong start making TSN look pretty bad. ICE's Wide World of Sports kicked off a new season of their coverage of the Women's Football League which has always drawn well here on NITRO Television and that streak continued this season as the opening game drew close to 30 million viewers and beat or got close to beating a good amount of SBC and ROD programming head-to-head in some slots. Overall Thursday is true must see television and will be hard to defeat the rest of the season. The dominance displayed here by ICE is shown here in the most watched program chart (October 12, 2009-September 19, 2013):

Jenny Sense (SBC Popular Girls, left), Kya Summers (ICE Starlets, right)Top 25 stars Jenny Sense, Barbara Palvin, and Kya Summers are all featured in a set of huge comedy premieres Miami's Friends over on SBC featuring Jenny Sense and Priscilla Martin against ICE's Babs & Kya featuring unconvicted murderers Barbara Palvin and Kya Summers. Jenny Sense will be making her official SBC debut on Saturday night for the first time since being traded from her first and only studio Roderick Sony Alliance. Priscilla Martin after a couple of unsuccessful runs with ICE and ROD will be going back to the studio that made her a top 25 star back in 2010 and her journey back to the top 25 starts on Saturday with the premiere of Miami's Friends. Barbara Palvin and Kya Summers will be starring in their own comedy for the first time in their careers as they team up in this new comedy set in Detroit based on their real life experiences as adolescences growing up in the city of Detroit before training in Keith Jan Lewis' modeling development system in Philadelphia. Both comedies are among the top 10 most anticipated new comedies of the season so we expect some heavy sampling numbers but there could be a problem here as the competition on ROD is not light as they will run for the third straight week late Saturday afternoon audition sessions from The Carpenters Hour Juniors and it draws the same type of audience in that 8pm hour which ICE came into season knowing could be difficult as they want to see what kind of draw Young Girls will be in its second week. Little Darlings is expected not to draw too many viewers since its moving daytime starting on Monday so Young Girls will have to do a hell of a job growing out of it in order to maintain last week's rating. Babs & Kya will be opposing Super Crews on ROD which has struggled this season and the premiere of Chase & Zoey which is a Zoey 101 spin-off and Randy Taylor so it will be interesting to see what happens there. Also Tracy's 3 Girls and Molly in South Philly look to draw some big numbers later in the night. ROD made a late replacement to Aisha & Jenny in late night by running The L.A. preview an hour earlier and running an extra repeat episode of The O.C. behind it. The L.A.'s huge premiere starts on Sunday night behind NFL action and Saved By the Bell. ICE is said to be nearing a final decision on which comedy Aisha Williams will star in either Bad Times or Youth of Life. The big splash was made recently when Paris Jackson was added to the cast of Youth of Life. ICE is taping all of their live shows tonight from Joe Louis Arena in Detroit which is a homecoming for some of its most popular ICE Starlets. Molly Ephraim celebrated her homecoming last Saturday in Philadelphia. ICE is headed to Miami tomorrow and Monday some people think the Starlets will get booed since that is SBC country. Jenny Sense is expected to pop-up in some of SBC's late night programming on SBC Stars After Dark and The Popular Girls Late Night Show while Aisha Williams will be initiated publicly into becoming a Diamond Girls member so both of them will be opposing each other in the 1am hour.
