Vice Squad Captain Daniela Ruah was busy earlier this week before the new season starts working with her team and other NITRO Officials on how to discipline the following 20 actors who were all involved in incidents that went on during the off-season, training camp, and recently. Officer Ruah revealed that not all offenders were disciplined and that she could only send a limited number of actors to the Windsor Correctional Facility.
Commissioner Bridget Moynahan who put Officer Ruah in charge of these sentences said that she wanted the actors to serve their discipline during the season at some point. She wants most of her actors in attendance on Thursday but there will be some actors who are going to start serving their sentences the day before the new season starts on Thursday.
When actors are disciplined they can't work with the studios on the shows they are and have to miss episodes that are taped during that duration and they don't get paid either so it's a big loss for every actor who gets sentenced.
Studios have until September 15th to decide on their prison terms for their actors if they have that privilege. If not then NITRO Officials will set the random dates for them.
Not revealed last week but after Mackenzie Rosman and Jethro Grantham's wedding ceremony a group of actors from ICE and ROD came to the wedding and destroyed it. Jethro was caught using drugs again at the wedding and when Mackenzie tried to defend her wedding turf she was caught with a huge blood alcohol level from the French police so she is officially in the NITRO discipline system now but she got off on a strike. Unfortunately Jethro's time in NITRO is done until 2016 as he was already a repeat offender and now has been sentenced for the whole second half of the season and will not be released again until July 2016 when the 2015-16 season ends. Superintendent Moynahan can ban him for life if he does it again but he could get another sentence as well. Superintendent Moynahan will rarely ban actors in NITRO.
The big sentences were James Durbin, Sprouse brothers, and Kaitlyn Dever from that whole kidnapping incident before training camp started. James Durbin as expected is going to jail right away and will not be available to for the entire season. Sprouse brothers are basically inactive and Dylan will be missing the whole year also. Both brothers are no longer active actors and are not with SBC Universal anymore. There's a possibility in the tampering charges with SBC not making sure Scotty and James fly with ROD to LA after the draft where James may actually get his sentence reduce once Scotty's situation is finalized since they are fighting that. Courteney Cox was charged by Ashley Greene but we don't expect her to do any jail time and she's fighting the case anyways. Lauren Alaina will be going away for the whole half of the season but the other kidnapping accessory is getting off with a lighter sentence even though this was Lauren's first crime and Kaitlyn is a repeat offender but Lauren did Kaitlyn a favor at the last minute and cleared her name so Kaitlyn is now only getting a 14-day sentence instead of a whole half of the season which would've been damaging. Nobody cares about Jethro Grantham so that charge won't affect the studio like Kaitlyn would've.
The other big story was from the indecent exposure incident with Nina Dobrev, Kayla Ewell, and Maia Mitchell was finalized as all three girls were charged differently. Nina got 14-days to serve and ICE will choose the term later this season. Kayla Ewell is serving a sentence starting on Friday not Wednesday and will be there only for a week. Maia never got sentenced before and her crime wasn't that severe to the point where she needs to jail time on the first sentence as she got a 2-month community service sentence.
We're not sure about this case here because it sounds like the Starlets were trying to get Danny DeVito a well known ass raper in the jail again as Zoey Deutch may have made a false rape accusation but she succeeded as she did Danny in there again doing a 6-week sentence at some point later in the season. Danny can fight the case and make sure Zoey is the one who has to do time instead. What may work in Zoey's favor is that TCC is on a clock to get defunct as a studio on September 29th if they don't show back up by then.
Romeo Miller and Justin Bieber are repeat offenders and had another DUI charge so they are going to jail in Edmonton.
When studios go defunct and executives fail to make payments they go away and Tim Burton is going away from the next 3 years.
Kendall Jenner had a verbal altercation with Jessica Lowndes who charged her but she got off with a warning strike but Alexandria Brower who moved to ROD is getting charge for the whole half of the season but Ashley Greene is fighting the case so Alex may see no time behind bars. It wasn't in soon enough for the sentence delay to be on the board below.
