Meghan Ory, Tammy Angel (The ICE Phederation)ALLISON SHIELDS = RATINGS!It was another night of star power for ICE but their lineup was must stronger than their opening day lineup on Tuesday from top to bottom as they came out scorching hot producing a must see TV type lineup. ICE went all in again with their top new drama pilot "Teen Angels" and a 2-hour block of live comedies that aired inside of the 10:00 hour to counter-Jaws on SBC. There was a lot of strategy play on this evening and some pretty good battles. Tammy Angel is back on television but this time working with teenage sleuths like Nancy Drew to solve sex crimes. Teen Angels is a very unique and different crime drama that's targeted towards the young adult and teen demographics but the show proved to be a pretty wide appealing and broad appealing show for all adult ages. Teen Angels was able to hammer out a record audience as they were the first NITRO program to deliver 20 million viewers beating the hell out of their competition in the hour on SBC. Although QBC's The Goal and Book Of the Week got dominated their ratings were actually pretty strong and on-par with the other QBC comedies that aired this week. Book of the Week looks like it could be a hit for them. This is a difficult timeslot but since these shows held up so well against a beast like Teen Angels they could stay there as it's not guaranteed that something else will do better there. Allison Shields self-titled comedy "Ally" pretty much dominated her hour as well as it was the biggest blowout of the first three days of the season so far as Ally did a good job of holding onto Teen Angels' large lead-in grabbing 19.3 million viewers against Wait For It... which got absolutely murdered and had the lowest ratings of the night and is QBC's poorest performing program to-date so SBC could be cancelling or removing it from the schedule to give Ally a bigger challenge next week. 90s SITCOMS = RATINGS!This was the closest battle to-date there was a clear draw between the two comedies but the advantage here between SBC's Topanga and ROD's Saved By the Bell is that The Adult Years actually had a bigger lead-in and was able to barely beat Topanga which had a really weak lead-in and grew an impressive 10 million viewers in that 9:30 half-hour for SBC. Topanga is clearly super strong out of the gate and actually gave Saved By the Bell a lot of trouble. This could be a great battle all year long but one of these networks may blink and move to a different timeslot. We know that ICE already announced that Saved By the Bell will get an extra airing on Saturday to test how it does away from Topanga. ICE is planning on giving a few shows half-season or full-season pickups next week. Another really good battle went down between Jaws and ICE's new big comedy Bastard Kids and Jessica Lowndes' Actors where she made her season debut. It was also close right down the middle but Actors came out on top clearing almost 19 million viewers to become the third most viewed program of the season so far and Bastard Kids nearly tied Jaws so that heated battle didn't have a clear winner this week. Overall this was a huge night for both networks as SBC has to be real happy for the first time this season that their produced programs actually hit huge against a dominant ICE lineup. QBC outside of Wait For It... continues to have a great opening week. Tomorrow will be the huge returns of Cory & Shawn (Boy Meets World), Full House, and Saved By the Bell against a lineup of soaps on ICE. SBC is 0-3 right now and looking for their first win of the season and tomorrow could be the night. If not ICE has a good chance to sweep the week 6-0 by Sunday night.

In my personal opinion it may benefit SBC to put Topanga in an 8:00 timeslot leading off to set the tone. I think Topanga can benefit more than Saved By the Bell can because Topanga is the network's top comedy right now unless tomorrow's TGIF comedies outscore its 15.68 million viewers. ICE has plenty of comedies that are doing super well for them so they don't need Saved By the Bell to do that well. If it stays on Thursday it probably shouldn't move because then it has to go against Teen Angels which is not a good idea but if there's another 8:00 timeslot on the schedule that's open that's where Topanga should go.

We here at QBC are disappointed with how Wait For It went on debut. We are opening discussions with SBC as to what to do with the show in the future as a move to another timeslot may lessen the damage it did to a strong night. On the other hand we are estatic at how The Goal and BOTW went and hope that these shows can grow strongly from here.

I think it should definitely be tested out in a different timeslot before it's pulled from the schedule or cancelled. The Goal and Book of the Week were fantastic shows, I almost hate the fact that they have to go against Teen Angels.

Tahj Mowry: HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!! JAWS YOU LOSE! Mackenzie Rosman you're a fialure in everything. RETIRE BITCH!
Lucy Hale: HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!! Bastard Kids 4 LIFE BABY!

Has potential, but the huge lead in was not helpful for the new show. BOTW and The Goal i think could do very well on other nights, considering how well they did against the top rated show so far. All together, all the shows have great promise, and i cant wait to see how they go from here.

Our cancellations or schedule pulls will be more based on the creative direction the show is going in more than the ratings themselves. If we feel like the show creatively is working then we will try a different slot before ultimately cancelling or pulling it. With Desire there was no desire in that project no pun intended. LOL! So that was probably the easiest cancellation we'll end up making this entire season plus the beat down from Full House and Step By Step was bad.

I think the Creative Direction is the way to go with this game, especially as it allows us to enjoy writing shows about topics we love/think would be good. That was the main reason i am such a big fan of Endeavour, as the Firefly Universe is a favorite of mine and to be able to continue it in some form is a dream.

I agree I think with us having some outside supporters in the game reading our material and voting we need to make sure we are putting out the best quality possible and the ratings will take care of themselves if people enjoy it or not. I love it how it allows us to recreate some of our favorite real-life shows and reboot them or make a series based off of them. We can put our own spin on these series and I enjoy casting too but that's usually the most difficult part I encounter when I write these descriptions up.

Recreating some of our favourite shows really adds something to the game, although with my casting, i pick actors from shows i know and hope that no other networks have taken them beforehand. The hardest part of casting my shows is finding female characters that would fit the shows tone i envision.

Yeah it does as I had a lot of fun working with ROD on Saved By the Bell and we were brainstorming for hours how to plan out the first season and I plan on doing more of that as we got some more reboots coming up. I still want to keep it original also but the reboots are so fun. LOL! Casting can be really tricky as if you don't find the right fits it's something I'm going to be experimenting with all season long as most of my casts are not final yet I will be switching actors around. There's good system in place to make sure we don't run into that problem of having the same actors, the studio battles have helped me sort that out but so far none of your shows have had actors in them that were in our studios.

Yeah i have scoured lists to ensure that none of my actors are on the rosters of other Studios, but i am more surprised at the fact you have planned out the entire first season for shows! I have planned a basic outline for 13 episodes for each show, but i am looking to enter negotiations with SBC over Episode orders in the near future, so i can further plan my shows out.

We don't have them written up yet but we've been able to spend sometime on planning how the seasons are going to go plus a lot of these series had been in the works for years now. Saved By the Bell was one of the pilots that was available when we were selling our pilots I started getting ideas then on what I wanted out of the show's first season but me and ROD changed a lot of stuff up to send it into a more mature direction. I actually already had Janit O'Day and Ally written up way back in 2010 b/c I wrote the episodes up for them that year. Most of your shows probably are just getting planned out though right?
Yeah definitely negotiate with SBC on your episode plan orders so you know what shows to concentrate more on. That's what me and ROD are doing now so we know for sure what shows to more effort in as far as planning out the whole season.
