Post how many years you want to sign this actor for and wait for the actor's agent to announce their decision on what studio they will work for this upcoming season and the seasons to follow if they get a 2 or 3 year contract.
You can have one of your studio's executives speak on how much they want this particular actor and what they plan to do with them but that is optional and not required but it improves the chances of your studio getting this particular actor.
