Vice Squad Captain Daniela Ruah was busy over the weekend working with her team and other NITRO Officials on how to discipline the following 36 actors who were all involved in incidents that went on during the season and recently. Officer Ruah revealed that not all offenders were disciplined and that she could only send a limited number of actors to the Windsor Correctional Facility. Commissioner Bridget Moynahan who put Officer Ruah in charge of these sentences said that she wanted the actors to serve their discipline while their on summer vacation instead of when training camp opens in mid-August. Sex Crimes Unit Captain Stana Katic was put in charge of sending all sex offenders to the Halifax Correctional Facility instead of Windsor. Halifax is home to all sex offenders and sociopaths in NITRO. The three main suspects right now are Danny DeVito who has 3 counts of sexual abuse against him, Felicity Jones who raped Lily Collins back on April 23, 2012 in Cleveland, and Lily Collins who got revenge on May 3, 2012 and raped Felicity Jones right back in Los Angeles after BOTNS. Stana Katic wanted to send Jessica Lowndes, Jessica Stroup, Shanae Grimes, and Tristan Wilds to the same facility for their rapes on K-9 and 2 Faced and Lindsay Roberts, Barbara Palvin, Sasha Pieterse, and Emily DiDonato for their rape on Jenna Rose but for whatever reason ICE Official Rachel Bilson has made it difficult to get a case built up against those ICE Starlets. Stana Katic says that TCC's Chris Hemsworth has been doing some raping too but their Official has done the same thing that Rachel Bilson has done. Stana Katic told sources that Danny DeVito, Felicity Jones, and Lily Collins will be awaiting trial at some point later this year for a permanent stay at one of these facilities. ICE Starlet Phoebe Tonkin whose been locked up the longest out of any active NITRO actor since April is still at the Halifax facility but has finally received an official release on Monday August 27, 2012 where she will be able to go back to Toronto. Superintendent Tom Selleck says that he's been purposely holding back all of the drug tests taken back in April due to the fact that that the Windsor Correctional Facility was getting really overcrowded and was over capacity so he decided that there will be another drug test taken when the season begins on Wednesday September 5, 2012 that afternoon when all actors are due to be at their studios for official attendance. Miley Ray Cyrus, Jethro Grantham, and Yareli Reyes were the only ones chosen that tested negative who were chosen to do time. Superintendent Selleck revealed that 271 names tested negative and that he was shameful to announced it back in May b/c it made NITRO look bad at a time when they were still trying to grow their international television audiences.  |

Officer Ruah had gotten a few reports that Jordan who was just tested recently didn't have any signs of growth of a tumor and the fact that she just fainted and fell into a coma that quickly was a little suspicious especially since it was already reported that a number of NITRO actors would be headed to jail on Monday. Sex Specialist Rachael Leigh Cook who previously worked for The ICE Phederation back in 2009-11 before the reboot became a NITRO Official in April working in the sex division. Rachael Leigh Cook worked closely with CSI detective and medical lab doctor Carmine Giovinazzo who ran his own test on Jordan's situation and discovered that there was no tumor. Officer Cook and Det. Giovinazzo traveled to Paris on Monday to talk with the doctor who was in charge of her care and surgery and he revealed that he was paid off by Jordan Pruitt to stage the whole setup. Officer Cook woke up Jordan and arrested her transferring her to Windsor to serve her sentence and the surgeon was handled by local authorities in France. Officer Ruah was glad to know that her information and instincts were correct on Jordan Pruitt. Deputy Sheriff Robin Tunney stated that Jordan might end up serving extra time for avoiding authorities and already missing 10 hours of her sentence. Commissioner Moynahan was proud of her Officials work and stated that Jordan Pruitt will likely be getting fired and released from NITRO when she is due out.

The Windsor Correctional Facility also known as Mackenzie Hall in Windsor, Ontario which is right outside of Detroit and south of Toronto in Canada. This is where all active and contracted NITRO actors will be serving their time from their sentences. Juvenile offenders will be housed at the same facility. A lot of the actors that do time are considered to be hard and legit in the social circles at their respective studios especially in a NITRO War where being a properly behaved actors have no place in NITRO right now. Note: Releases are only done on Tuesday mornings at 11am, Friday evenings at 1am, and Sunday afternoons at 2:00pm. Female Inmate AttireEric Balfour who has done time in the Windsor Correctional Facility where 21 of the 36 actors who were recently disciplined are going to be designated for next week or two or even more says that doing time in Windsor is a bit of a challenge especially for new inmates and inmates who are considered not to be bad people. Eric states that you need to be a bad ass and have thick skin b/c the other inmates are constantly looking for a fight every second especially the females since it gets highly competitive in there. Actors that have rivalries with each other on the outside in NITRO will have to settle it on the inside b/c they will end up fighting each other at some point. |
