WEDNESDAY JUNE 27, 2012 2nd Annual NITRO Awards Ceremony (Sony Television)NITRO AWARDS SCORES FOR RODThe excellence in the arts of NITRO Television was celebrated from Southern California on Wednesday evening and ROD was the beneficial network of that telecast. The NITRO Awards scored 75.42 million viewers giving ROD an easy victory and their highest ratings to date. The award ceremonies just missed The Carpenters Hour Finale Event which scored 81 million this past Sunday. Unless something tomorrow does that number The Hour will close this season out as the most watched telecast of the season. The award telecast itself affected the other network's programming plans as ICE and SBC decided to drop their plans of competing and the other networks that decided to compete took a large hit to their ratings. ONE MORE NIGHT OF THE SEASON LEFT TO GOTomorrow officially wraps up the 2011-12 television season and the top 3 networks of this season will all duke it out to become the season's most watched network. ICE, ROD, and UNO will have a very competitive night as all three networks look be #1 but its going to be an uphill battle as all three networks are sending out some of their highest rated programs to put a close on this season. The Paramount Pretty Comedies lead the troops over at ICE, ROD mixes it up with their highest rated comedies including a huge send off from Aisha & Jenny, and UNO sends out their newest hits Baywatch, That Tough Girl and That Good Girl, along with From Russia with Love. The race for 2nd place will be even tougher as its pretty much anybody's ballgame and should be interesting to see the way things play out. Good luck to all three of those networks and congratulations to the top winner in advance. Either way it goes all three of these networks will come into the new season in September as one of NITRO's TOP 3 NETWORKS!!!!

Eminem (CEO): We needed that awards show to give some extra exposure to our season finales tomorrow so we can grab this title tomorrow night.
Scott Baio (President): Thank you to the NITRO Executives who allowed us to air the awards show last night on late notice. MRA has always been a disaster of a studio from day one and they can't do shit right.
