LEIGHTON'S SEX SHOW BEATS LYNDSY'S SEX SHOW
SHEEN & TIMBERLAKE HAVE TURNED ROD TUESDAY INTO A DOMINATE LINEUPDV president Leighton Meester has always been the studio's main foundation entertainer since the day DV got established back in December 2009 and she is the one who is responsible for turning DV into a legit studio and now she along with Shay Mitchell are both credited for DV getting their first program to clear over 20 million viewers. SEX SELLS LIKE A BITCH IN NITROLast week ICE made history when they put out a big FU to parents and children everywhere by broadcasting NITRO's first adult program in prime time hours when Lyndsy Fonseca put on a variety show that led to her stripping down to nude and that's exactly what Leighton Meester and Shay Mitchell did on Tuesday night. Both programs have no doubt about it been beasts in terms of ratings and making a lot of money for Warner Bros. as they set a new record for ad revenue during that hour charging $2.4 million per commercial. DV's girls and the ICE Starlets have been in a heated war since March when Nikki Minaj called out Diamond Girls and that rivalry has been brewing between the two sides ever since and tonight it got personal with DV's live sex special as it beat out Lyndsy Fonseca's special which set an all-time record before BOTNS broke it that following Thursday on TCC. Most of the ICE Starlets and some other actors in other studios were predicting a flop but that never happened as its now a huge ratings record holder ranking in as the second most watched telecast in NITRO history during prime time excluding TCC's late night ratings from last Thursdays.  The Tuesday 9pm hour is always a hot hour every week and since Lyndsy Fonseca was the center of attention for that timeslot last week things got back to normal this week as the world's favorite teen serial killer return in Janit O'Day which just barely edged Super Crews which took advantage of the Sheen & Timberlake lead-in for ROD. Cynthia no doubt has been the hot show since Shailene Woodley left TCC back in early April. Cynthia is now fast approaching 15 million viewers and is TCC's highest rated series right now. Cynthia was able to beat Max Dreamer's Dark Side of a Cop which was in a special timeslot this week and actually did very well against Janit O'Day so the two crime dramas audiences are pretty separate. Cynthia also beat Alexa Chung but Alexa Chung's star power since joining SBC has risen and her talk show is the most watched on NITRO Television right now. Wisdom and Power did really giving Written in the Runes a good lead-in but Written in the Runes bled a lot. Look for UNO to find a replacement either in the pilot or syndication market. With rumors brewing that MRA's management will return soon to NITRO it looks like MRA will be able to keep The Golden Guys and Minute Men. EBC has some promise right now with new comedy Would You Like Fries with That which almost got 9 million viewers and was very competitive on Tuesday. EBC is slowly improving in a lot of areas. |
