ICE's theatrical partner Paramount Pictures is tearing it up at the box office this month as they have claimed huge first place victories for their two mega hits Jenny Sniper and now DreamWorks' new horror instant classic Sweet Innocence. Sweet Innocence is being looked at the biggest fall release to date as this is not your ordinary horror flick as it claims a wide variety of genres into one and it was a huge hit with the critics getting a 95% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The holdovers had good second weeks as Sony's Dangerous Game of Prostitution did very well and 8 Mile Slump could make it to $100 million.
Warner Bros. Princess Caitlin & the Lost Prince of Wonderville did not hold up too well as the bad press and critical slam of the movie seems to be hurting it now but it remains WB's best release of the fall so far but Studio 47 may pass it up on Thanksgiving weekend.

Sweet Innocence did way better than I thought it would. I was looking for it to beat Jenny Sniper's opening but did not imagine it doing over $100 million.
Paramount has had a great month so far it should be interesting to see how Liza Minnelli movie does on a crowded weekend.

awesome poster image on Sweet Innocence. How is Paramount dominating so much though? Yeah its a very menacing poster and I like the girl having the wild hair too. Well Proxio might need to answer this but I've slated some of my biggest releases this month. Jenny Sniper and Sweet Innocence are mega blockbusters. I got a few in December too that I expect to do really well so Paramount should have a pretty good December too.
