Summary: Cory Matthews (Ben Savage) and Shawn Hunter (Rider Strong) left their homes in New York for New Adventures on their friendship. Cory & Shawn shares a Room in the Apartments and their neighbor (Mario Lopez) who is a lonely man after his wife left him.

1. "Pilot"--- Monday November 29th, 2010
Cory & Shawn arrives in Houston, Texas and finds a Apartment to live in. Cory & Shawn decides to introduce themselves to their neighbor Mark so he won't be alone after his wife left him and Shawn tells Cory that he likes to look around Houston alone for a little while. Cory & Mark decides to go with Shawn to look around Houston for a little while and Shawn tells Cory that he needs to look around Houston for a little while because he is looking for cute girls to date and Cory tells Mark that Shawn wanted to be alone.
